Norman William Cochrane
May 29, 1934 - February 9th, 2023
Passed away at Lakeridge Health Ajax on Thursday February 9th, 2023 at the age of 88.
Loved husband of Rose for 66 years.
Much loved Dad of Paul Cochrane and his wife Karen of Castleton and Tracey Newall and her husband Rich of Colborne.
Cherished Papa of Christopher (Janet), William and Andrew (Alex). Great Papa of Jacob, Riley, Everly and Jaxon.
Fondly remembered by his daughter-in-law Cathy as well as Natalie and Nicole.
Predeceased by his only sister Joyce. Norman will be remembered by many friends in Canada and England.
Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Friday February 17th from 11:00 am until time of Celebration of Life in the Barnes Chapel Friday at Noon.

Norma (nee Harnden) Moffat
July 31, 1931 - February 7, 2023
Passed away peacefully in her sleep, on February 7, 2023, at Glen Hill Terrace, in her 92nd year.
Beloved wife of the late Aleck Moffat.
Loving mother to Margaret Beacock (Richard), Jim, Tom (Pat), Kathryn Jury (Milt Tuttle), and Colleen Boyd (Jim).
Cherished Grandma to Kyle, Laura, Josh, Matt, Jake, Katie, Jess and Dustin, and Great-Grandma of nine.
Predeceased by her seven brothers and sisters, Norma will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all of her extended family and friends.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Neil Clifford Hunter in his 99th year, at Sunnybrook Veterans Centre, on Friday, February 3, 2023.
Neil was a World War 2 Veteran and a member of the Toronto Scottish Reg.
Dearly beloved husband of the late Jean Hunter (Symons) (2009) for 61 years.
Forever loved and cherished dad to Bob & Linda Hunter, Pat & Paul Studinski, Jim & Shirley Hunter, Tom & Valerie Hunter. Cherished grandfather to Jennifer & Megan, Adam & Kate, Ryan & Nicole, Lynleigh, Leslie & Frank, Greg & Emily, Ken & Mauricio, Jill and Gary. Great grandfather to 14.
Predeceased by his parents Harold & Ella Hunter. Survived by his brother Gerry. Predeceased by his siblings Don, Eva, Jack, Jean and Ken.
The family will celebrate Neil’s life later in the spring. Interment will be at the Bethel Cemetery, Greenbank.

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Nicola Moschella on January 11, 2023 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 83.
He is survived by his son Michael Moschella of Omemee, daughter Angela Moschella of Oshawa, three grandchildren Samara, Amanda (Jake) and Emily, two great-grandchildren Arianna and Kayden, and nephews Nick and Paul (Marianna).
Predeceased by his parents Nicola and Angela Moschella and his brother Michele Moschella.

Passed away peacefully at his residence in Beaverton on January 13, 2023.
Predeceased by his wife Fiorina (2016).

Norino will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends in Canada, Italy and Australia.

Nancy Amy (Shaw) Bell
Born December 21st 1943 and passed away peacefully at the Lakeridge Health Center in Port Perry, December 6th 2022.
Leaving behind her beloved soul mate and partner Edward Cameron and their three cats, Daughter Melanie Bell, Step Daughter January Bell, Grandchildren Ryan Quinn and Brianna Bell(Justin Koestler), Great Grandchild Ophelia Amy Koestler and brother Bryan Shaw, as well as extended friends and family.
A fierce and loveable woman, Nancy spent her life as an artist and a provider enjoying the things she loved most including giving animals of all kinds (especially cats) a forever home, antiquing, auctions and the Flea Market, This and That, opened and operated in Whitby by Eddie and herself, fishing and boating amongst other things.
The thing that made her smile the most was unquestionably Eddie and their cats.
An exceptional mother, partner, (great) grandmother, sister, daughter and friend, there are endless words to describe Nancy and all that she meant to friends and family.
No sevices at this time.
