Passed away at Oak Ridges Hospice on Saturday March 30th, 2024 at the age of 63.
Much loved Dad of Jenna Morley and her husband Sean, Kristine Graham and her husband Scott, Kelly Archibald and her husband Nick and Jackie Crumbie and her husband Jay.
Cherished and loved Grandpa of Mya, Emma, Brooks, Charlotte, Tate, River and one more in July.

We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Cornelis (Cees) de Rooij, 86, who passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 with his family by his side.
He was born to Henricus and Hendrika (née Janssens) de Rooij in ‘s-Hertogenbos, Netherlands in 1937.
In his younger years, he had a keen sense of business and loved travelling and living in foreign countries to foster his passion.
During his business travels he landed in Curacao where his new life began.
He found and married the love of his life Astrid (née Donker) in 1968.
Cornelis is survived by his wife Astrid and three children, Nathalie, Nicole and Nicolas. Father in law to Blaine and Michael and Opa to Liam, Sierra, Jordyn and Julia.
Preceded in death by brother Christ de Rooij, Tiny de Rooij and survived by sisters Annemiek Knols and Hannie de Rooij. In keeping with Cees wishes.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service at this time.

Dear sister to Linda (Bob) Broll and Terry (Debbie) Wilson. Cindy was predeceased by her parents Roy & Joy Wilson and brothers Bobby (Booner) and Donald (Odey).
She is survived by her sister in law Janice, mother-in-law and father-in-law, as well as nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday March 21st from 10 am until 12 pm at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, Bowmanville. Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 12 noon.

1932 - 2024
Passed away peacefully in her 91st year on March 12 2024 in Ajax Ontario.
Isabelle’s life was truly a love story shared with her loving husband Robert (Bob) Curtis ( pre deceased).
Together they traveled, golfed, and spent much of their time volunteering in the community and especially serving with the Optimists Club of Ajax.
Isabelle enjoyed a long and rewarding career as a librarian in London, Brockville and Ajax/ Pickering. She loved to read her Farley Mowat and Pierre Burton books and was always eager to learn more about the history of Canada.
In recent years she very much enjoyed the friendships she made at the Pickering Village United Church and being a part of the Pickering Women’s Club where she shared knowledge and good times with so many friends.
Most of all Isabelle valued the people and the friendships that blessed her life. Loving Nana to her grandson Miles and great Grandmother to Jayden. She is survived by her sons Paul (Monica) and Jim (Kim).
The family would like to express our thanks to all the terrific people at Westney Gardens Independent Living in Ajax. The staff were always so kind and thoughtful.

It is with the heaviest of hearts, we share the news of the sudden passing of Charles “Big Al” Elmon Arnold on Sunday March 10th, 2024, at the age of 77.
He was predeceased by his parents Donald & Jean (Gormley) Arnold and 3 brothers, William, Edward, and Keith.
Big Al was a beloved father to Lisa (Grant) and Robin (Mark) and a beloved brother to Perry (Judy).
He will be missed by his grandchildren, Danielle (Danny), Shelby, Madison, Bradley and Spencer and his only great granddaughter Molly.
He will also be missed by his many Nieces and Nephews.
He was also a proud 20-year member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
We will remember Big Al as one of the kindest, most gentle souls who always made everyone laugh and feel comfortable.
The family expresses heartfelt appreciation for the love and support received during these difficult times.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Christopher Kevin Reid on February 9th, 2024, in his home, at the age of 47.
Born in Scarborough, Ontario, on May 3, 1976, to Petrona Gwendolyn Gray and Francis Duval, Christopher was blessed with a second family when adopted by his late aunt and uncle, Sylvia and Justin Reid, who lovingly raised him as their own.
Christopher's childhood was marked by his involvement in cadets, a passion for soccer, and cherished vacations with his parents.
His life was a testament to the strength of the human spirit, facing life's hurdles with resilience and determination, all the while maintaining his gentle and compassionate nature.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Christopher will forever hold dear memories of his infectious sense of humor, his love for sports and games, and his impeccable sense of style.
An adventurer at heart, Christopher's zest for life was evident in his long walks and explorations, often accompanied by his friend, Sean.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and memories cherished by his sisters, Juliet and Monique, his brother Richard, devoted aunts, beloved nieces and nephews, close friends, and support workers.

It is with the heaviest of hearts we announce the passing of Cindy Millson (nee Cowle) on February 29, 2024 in her 67th year after a year long battle with cancer.
Cindy was the beloved wife to Steve Millson for 48 years, and loving mother to Adam (Amanda) and Andrew (Shannon). She was a doting “Nana” to her 6 grandchildren: Travis, Ella, Cole, Ryder, Ava and Jace.
She was the beloved sister to Donna Mairs (Bill), Donald Cowle (Karen) and Ken Cowle (Sharon), and caring aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Cindy is survived by her mother Ruth Cowle (nee Adams) and predeceased by her father, Donald Cowle.
Cindy was born on November 15, 1957 in Bowmanville. While in high school Cindy started her first job as an employee at McDonalds and continued to work there until she retired in 2022.
Cindy was an avid member of the Enniskillen/Tyrone United Church for many years where she was the board secretary.
The family would like to thank all the nurses and doctors at Lakeridge Health Cancer Centre and EMS/doctors and nurses at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Emergency department who cared for her in her final hours.
Visitation will be held at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, Bowmanville on Thursday March 7th, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held Funeral Home, on Saturday March 9th, 2024 at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Bethesda cemetery, 1330 Haines St, Bowmanville then a reception will follow at TYRONE COMMUNITY CENTRE, 2716 Concession Rd 7, Tyrone.
