(November 5th, 1960 - October 22nd, 2020) The family wishes to announce the passing of a great man, on Thursday October 22, 2020 at the age of 59.Loving and devoted father to Michael Shaw.Dear brother to Christine Miller. Irene Henebury
(January 19, 1940 – October 16, 2020)It is with great sadness that the family of Irene Henebury of Whitby, Ontario announces her peaceful passing at Hillsdale Estates Long Term Care facility in Oshawa, Ontario on Friday, October 16, 2020 at the age of 80.Irene is predeased by her husband Leo (December 2018) and will be dearly missed by her children Doug (Shelley), Tracy (Frank), Scott (Joanne) and her beloved grandchildren Lisa (Jason), Zachary, Adam, Michael, Joshua and great-grandson Jesse. Irene was predeceased by her parents Wilfred & Ruby Warriner, brothers Victor, Frank & Dennis and sisters Grace, Ruby & Dorothy. Irene was born in Sprucedale, Ontario, raised in Burks Falls, Ontario and relocated to Scarborough, Ontario where she met her husband Leo of 58 years while working at Supreme Aluminum Industries.Irene’s greatest joy was staying home to raise her three children and was beyond happy when her five grandchildren came along.Irene spent many weekends, summers and her later years back in Burks Falls at the cottage she loved and built with her husband and enjoyed her most precious moments with all her family there. At her request, a private family memorial will take place.In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Ontario would be appreciated.
Isabel Jean (Nesbitt) Eyman
Peacefully at home, in Port Hope, on Friday September 11, 2020, in her 85th year.Isabel was a longtime volunteer in the Port Hope community.Loving wife of the late Hans Eyman. Irene Elizabeth Watts
October 15, 1927 - August 30, 2020Irene (Rene) at 92 years of age, passed peacefully at home with family and Ken, her husband of 70 years, at her side.Born in Hungary, she grew up in Montreal. At age 16 she moved with her parents and 7-year-old brother, William, to the edge of Stratford where she enjoyed living on a small farm.A few years later she met Ken on the tennis court. They soon scored love, married in Stratford, and moved to a charming house on top of a hill in the ¨township¨ of North York where they raised their 4 children. Irene loved reading, camping, cycling, watercolours, crafts, square dancing, cooking and not least, providing a loving welcoming home for many friends and family.Living in Uxbridge for the past thirty years she enjoyed the weekly card games at the Senior Centre, belonged to the Senior Scribes and the lesser known ¨Stitch and Bitch¨ group and had a life membership with the Uxbridge-Scott Historical Society.Irene endeared herself to many with her quiet integrity, sense of humor, wisdom and generosity.She will be dearly missed.She was mother to David (Jacqui), Bradley (Bev), Adele (Bob), and Christine (Ted); grandmother to Russell (Kallie), Curtis (Lisa), Ryan, Kyle (Victoria), Darren, Kevin, Andrew and Alice; and great grandmother to six children. She was predeceased by her brother William (Joan). Irene's wish is to be cremated and laid to rest at the Glendale Cemetery. There will be no service. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations on Irene's behalf to the new Uxbridge-Scugog Animal Shelter, C.N.I.B. or Salvation Army.

(August 21, 1949 – August 30, 2020) Irene Wray passed away August 30, 2020 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, ON.Dear wife of Norman Rosenitsch (2003), mother to Jennifer (John Tobin) and Michelle (Ben Tobin), sister to Linda Wray and Raymond Wray (Gayle), grandmother to Ben, Isabella, Meg and Oliver, aunt and great-aunt to many of the Rosenitsch and Wray side. Irene will be missed by her dearest friends Sandy M., Billie, Don, Sue, and Sandy J. Born in St. Boniface, MB, Irene spent her childhood in Winnipeg, MB, and most of her adult life in Scarborough, ON. She moved to Brooklin, ON, after her husband passed in 2003. Irene worked as a medical secretary at Centenary and North York General Hospital. She loved her many dogs, especially her most recent, Toby. Enjoyed painting, knitting, and pulling funny faces when photos were taken! In memory of Irene, donations to the Cancer Society or Arthritis Society of Canada would be appreciated. A Celebration of Life will be held when safe to do so. (December 22, 1923 – August 21, 2020)Died peacefully at the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital in her 97th year.Lovingly survived by her sister Marlene Gribble (late Harold). Predeceased by her brothers; Howard Beggs (Alice Gauthier) and Bruce Beggs (Verna).Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews from 3 generations and many friends. Ina was a caring and generous person who put others before herself. She was a lifetime member of Community of Christ Church. April 17, 1965 – August 16, 2020 It is with heavy hearts the Wlasenko family announces the passing of Ihor.Cherished son of Luba and Serhiy (✝1996), much-loved brother of Oleh, Katherina, Olexander and beloved dyadyo (uncle).Ihor will be dearly missed by our extended family and his many friends. Ihor was born in Toronto and moved to Oshawa with his family at an early age.His lifelong love of nature was formed by growing up close to Lake Ontario.Ihor was imbued with a gift of extraordinary intelligence, a critical astuteness and was an accomplished athlete.As an avid reader, he excelled all his studies.A life-long passion for music was passed on and nurtured in his niece and nephews. He graduated from the University of Waterloo (BA Econ ‘91). Ihor travelled overseas many times.In 1991, he participated in organizing a national referendum for Ukraine’s independence in the Donbas region.In recent days, he was a hard-working and enthusiastic team-member of Safran Landing Systems. Ihor will be remembered as a fun-loving person with a sharp wit and humour, a devoted friend and a wise soul.May he rest in peace — Vichnaya Pam’yat’.
