Faye left us peacefully on December 8, 2021 after a long, happy life of 80 years.

Beloved wife of Terry for 52 years, she is survived by her large family of children and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She will be dearly missed by her children: Robert & Jane, Kim & her friend Brian, David & Tracey, Mark & Linda; her grandchildren: Ashley, Daryl & Rachel, Samantha, Eric & Hayley, Nicole & Ryan, Nathanael & Bradley, Kaitlyn, Emma, and Abby; and her great-grandchildren: Skyla, Jordyn, Eli and Ruby; as well as so many of her extended family and close friends.

Faye’s love and commitment to her family and friends was well known to all close to her.

For those who are able and comfortable to pay respects in person, visitation will be held at the DeStefano Funeral Home, Oshawa, on Monday, December 13, 2021 from 10:00am with a service to follow at 11:00am. After the service, close friends and family are welcome to join a small reception, followed by the burial in Pickering at approximately 2:00pm.

Recognizing it’s a busy time of year and travel conditions are unpredictable, the family will plan a celebration of life for the spring/summer of 2022 and will welcome all family and friends at that time.

Donations to the Cancer Society are gratefully accepted or at your preferred charitable organization.

It is with profound sadness that the family of Frank Young announce his sudden passing on December 2nd, 2021.

Predeceased by his parents, Florence and John, brother John and sister Diana.

Loving husband of Joan, father of Robert (Cheryl), David (Pamela) and Cathy, grandfather of Catherine (Mark), Nicole and Richard and great grandfather of Matias.

Frank was an Ontario Hydro employee for over 25 years, starting in the Toronto office as an electrical inspector and finishing his career as an electrical supervisor in the Whitby/Oshawa inspection office.

He was a long-standing member of two Masonic Lodges - John Ross Robertson, Toronto, where he received a Grand Lodge appointment and became a Very Worshipful Sir.

After moving to Little Britain in 1994, he joined Fidelity Lodge, and was presently serving as Secretary. Frank was also a 32nd degree member of the Scottish Rite, Toronto Valley.

Frank was also an active member of the Port Perry United Church, serving on the Worship Committee, Personnel Committee and the Memorial Committee.

Frank has been proud to be the bell ringer for Sunday morning service for several years.

Funeral service will be held Friday, December 10, 2021 at Port Perry United Church at 11:00 a.m. Those who attend must pre-register, wear a mask and show proof of vaccination. Predeceased by her beloved husband John Henry Monaghan.

Loving mother of Barbara Russell (John Veeneman), Robert (Patricia) and Patti Hepburn.

Cherished grandmother of Marsha Hepburn, Chris Russell (Angela), Kevin Hepburn (Lynn), Stacy Hepburn (Aaron), Jeff Russell (Lisa), Kyle Hepburn, Whitney Monaghan (Alex) and great grandmother of ten great grandchildren.

Dear sister of Arthur Parkin and predeceased by her siblings George, Kathleen and Diane.

Flo had a wonderful loving life and was loved by her husband and family.

A Memorial Mass will be held at ST. MARY OF THE PEOPLE CATHOLIC CHURCH (570 Marion Ave., Oshawa) on Thursday, December 9th at 10:00 a.m. Resurrection Cemetery to follow.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful return home to God’s glory of our dearest Dad, Francisco Matias (Dad Frank) at the age of 97 on November 20, 2021.

He was the beloved husband of Lucila (Nanay Luz), married November 18, 1944 and just celebrated their 77th wedding anniversary.

He was born in Manila, Philippines.

He moved to Canada to be with the rest of the family in 1980. He enjoyed reading and researching the Bible especially relating to prophecy. He is a great Sunday School teacher, an avid reader and a wise counselor.

He and Nanay Luz were called to be missionaries after their retirement from FEBC- Philippines. They ministered in the Philippines and in Saipan for many years under FEBC- Canada.

Dad served the Lord faithfully throughout his life and was a model of Christian values to his family, his church, and everyone who knew him. He will be greatly missed!

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Luz, and his children Rita (Tony), Art (Mimi), Connie (John), Ruth (Ken) and Fe (Jun) and son-in-law Paul. He was preceded in death by daughter Anita. He also leaves behind 14 grandchildren and 17 greatgrandchildren and countless other relatives.

Visitation and funeral service will be held with limited capacity at the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax Ontario, on Sunday, November 28, 2021. Registration is required.

Jack was a WWII Veteran.

He enlisted during WWII and was assigned to the Royal Canadian Air Force.

He loved the outdoors and nature and he could identify almost any bird. Jack also loved spending time in the boat, fishing with his son.

The Worthington family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all of the staff at the Sunnybrook Veterans Center for the finest quality of care and the kindness they showed Jack.

Fred is the dear son of the late Cy and Myrtle Woods.

Born September 25, 1942 in Vancouver, B.C. After a heroic battle with cancer, Faye passed on November 6, 2021 in Port Perry, Ontario.

At the time of her passing she was surrounded by her family and their eternal love.

Faye was a devoted mother and grandmother.

She made many sacrifices throughout her life to provide for her children. While raising 3 children from a young age she continued to upgrade her education and ultimately spent 40 years in the electrical industry.

Professionally she was a trail blazer for women by becoming the 1st female outside Sales Rep for Federal Pioneer Electric in 1982. Her career took her from Vancouver to Edmonton and then Toronto.

Faye was loved by everyone who met her. She will be missed for her sharp wit and the love she gave her family.

Faye was predeceased by her parents Phyllis and Lorne Frazell; brother Kenny Frazell and by her ex-husband Ray Flewwelling.

She is survived by her children Debbie, Lorraine (Tom), Richard (Lauri), grandchildren Taylor, Joey, Emma and Lukas, sister Shar MacMurchy, brother Rob Frazell, nieces and nephews.

There will be no public service.
