Tributes:

Sara Shaw: "Scotty! You were one hell of a friend. You made me laugh and you always enjoyed the good life. May heaven be filled with a sunset over a rugby field, a cup that always stays full with a rye and coke, and lots of good games to watch. We’ll make sure to keep it going down here if you ever want to take a peek. Love you Scotty. Sam, Blakey, Nancy & family - sending my love and condolences as you grieve. ❤️"

Dan Plumpton: "Dear Nancy and family, we are so sorry for the loss of dear Scottie. Some of the best memories I have are playing rugby with Scottie and the fun-filled beer ups afterward. He was the heart and soul of the Vikings and a true friend to so many. He was always so proud of you and the girls. Dan & Susie Plumpton."
