Yvonne May Lewis passed away at home on December 1st, 2022 at the age of 88.
Beloved wife to the late Peter Lewis for 54 years.
Devoted mother to Stephen, Tracey-Anne (Mike) and Sarah (Mike).
Caring grandmother to Monica, Alison, Lyndsay, Kaitlyn, Jennifer, Sam and Jacob.
Loving sister to Denys. he will be greatly missed by her extended family and friends.
Yvonne was a beautiful soul who loved her family very much and her family loved her just as much.
She was very smart and enjoyed doing sudoku puzzles as well as knitting during her free time.
She will be forever missed.
Passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville, on Monday November 28th, 2022, at the age of 71 years.

Lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews as well as extended family here and in Holland.
Just like sisters she was a long-time friend of Auntie Sue and Joanne.
A celebration of life will be held in spring of 2023.

It is with sadness and joy that our dear Mother of 94 years- Yntske Eenling - passed away on October 11, 2022, after suffering 8 years with Alzheimer's.
The last few in the final stages.
She can now be back to full body and mind -in a better and happier place.
We know she is now with our heavenly father and our father – Bouwe Eenling.
They were married for 67 years.
Born in Oudehaske, Netherlands on March 27 1928. She immigrated to Canada with Bouwe and their two sons in 1952.
Soon after came two daughters. They resided in Whitby since 1954.
She had 4 children – George (Andrea), Peter (Thea), Betty (Eldred), and Cathy (Jim) along came 10 grandchildren. Her family grew to include 22 Great Grandchildren.

Beloved mother of Larry and the late Brenda Hoy.
Daughter of the late Palmer and Jennie Andrus.
Sister of the late Lucinda Kennedy, Thomas, Brenton, Edward, Clifford and Bruce Andrus, Eva Herne and Mary Dundas.
Survived by her sister in law Aleda Andrus.
She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and relatives and all those who were dear to her.

78, of Brooklin Ontario, passed away, Tuesday December 28, 2021 at his home.
Yacoub was born December 6, 1943 in Ein Arik, Palestine to Mansour and Hilaney Yacoub Shaheen. On February 24, 1973 he married Nicole Marie Boulé.
Yacoub was employed as a city building inspector for the City of Toronto and was passionate about his work.
He spent most of his weekends being with his family and especially his grandchildren.
Yacoub has open his heart unconditionally to our Lord and savior Jesus Christ, and would not want us to take his passing as a time to mourn but a time to rejoice and be glad as he is now in paradise in the kingdom of heaven and will be waiting for each of his loved ones to join him.
Yacoub, is survived by his wife Nicole Marie, and three sons, Steve Mansour Akil and his wife Michelle of Newcastle, Ontario, Jason Gerard Akil and his wife Toni of Binbrook, Ontario and Matthew Jaques Akil and his wife Melanie of Bowmanville, Ontario; five grandchildren, Jacob David, Jesse Steve, Jaden Mansour of Newcastle, Ethan Donny Jeffrey, Logan Matthew Vernon of Bowmanville, Ontario.

1938 - 2021 It is with great sadness and disbelief that we announce the death of Yvonne (Gray) Aubry.
Yvonne was born September 29, 1938 in Kandy, Sri Lanka and died in Ajax, Ontario on July 12, 2021.
Yvonne emigrated from Sri Lanka to Canada in 1960.
Yvonne and her loving husband Claude were married for 55 years at his time of passing in 2019.
They raised their children in Ajax, Ontario.
Yvonne will be greatly missed by Rosann (deceased and dearly missed), Vance & Laurie (Whitehorse, Canada), Claudette & Frank (Ajax, Ontario), Onil & Prell (Oshawa, Ontario), Peter Hartog (still family) and Michelle Green Aubry (still family).
Yvonne had 10 grandchildren Vance Jr., Amye (and Henry), Blair (and Christine), Breea, Cassandra (and Andrew), Zachary and Ariel (and Matt), Justeen, Jake and Gabby.
She had 2 great grandchildren Charles and Riley.
Yvonne is survived by her four siblings Malcolm (and Vivecca), Marlene, Ann (and Gordon), and Jean (and Brian). Extended family Ren and Debbie, Ryan and Keegan.
Yvonne was well known throughout Ajax, worked in several local businesses before settling into a job as a personal support worker (primarily private care) at Ballycliff Lodge.
Yvonne’s passion was truly the caring for the physical, mental and emotional well-being of senior citizens and she treated each patient as carefully and lovingly as if they were her parent.
Yvonne was tireless in her efforts to advocate for seniors to better care and rights up to the time of her passing. Yvonne was always quick to smile, offer a joke, time to listen, a shoulder to cry on or a beer to celebrate. Yvonne did not see people as strangers.
Unknown people quickly became friends and often lifelong friends.
Yvonne leaves this world having amassed huge numbers of family and friends and she will be missed terribly by all who knew her.
Because of Covid-19 restrictions, the Graveside Service on Monday, July 19, 2021 is private by invitation only through the family.
Passed away suddenly on March 25, 2021, at the age of 39.
Loving father of Brook and Breanna.
