Dear mother of Donna Snowden, Darla Levick (Larry), Gail Snowden (Roy) and Patricia Thompson (the late Gord).

Loving grandma of Kevin Levick (Leanna), Aaron Thompson (Sarah), Brittany Snowden, Alicia Zavitz (Jeremy) and Craig Snowden and great-grandma of James Zavitz.

Doreen leaves behind her sister Eileen Hickey (the late Lionel) and was predeceased by her brothers Fred Holroyd, Frank Holroyd and Bill Holroyd.

She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the incredible staff at Caressant Care Lindsay for the care and compassion shown to Doreen and her family during her stay there, it was very much appreciated.

Visitation will be held at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Saturday June 17th from 12 – 1 pm, Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 1 pm. Private Interment.

Proud grandpa to Justin (Nicole), Trevor (Ally), and Taya. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Dean was a fourth generation dairy farmer who lived through decades of agricultural advancements.

He was wise, thoughtful and sincere with a remarkable memory.

Dean enjoyed taking back road drives, checking in on friends, telling stories and sitting on his back porch taking in the view of the farm.

He was also an avid member of the Kawartha Antique Power Club.

He will always be remembered for his happy outlook and positive attitude.

A Celebration of Life will be held on July 8, 2023 at Riversite Farms (1535 Concession 13, Cannington) from 1pm to 4pm.

Loved grandmother of Mark Wellwood (Sara), Joel Van Camp (Rhea), Dean Van Camp (Sarah), Marta Ruzzini (Tony), Katie Van Camp (Craig Dale), Alison Larmer (James), Emily Van Camp (Joshua Bowman), Molly Barthram (Allan), Eric Van Camp (Nicole), Alex Van Camp (Lindsay), and Andrew Van Camp (Jamie) and great grandmother of Quinn, Harrison, Ivy, Emmett, Kate, Claire, Ollie, Pheonix, Ayda, Beth, Evie, Hendrix, Oscar, and Iris.

Donna was predeceased by her parents John and Elva Dowson and her brother Ross Dowson and she is survived by her brother-in-law Art Van Camp and his wife Val. Donna took homemaking to another level.

It was definitely her career of choice. She took her home and the raising of her children very seriously. She was a fiercely loyal wife and mother.

That passion extended to her relationship with her beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family of Donna Van Camp will receive friends at the Wagg Funeral Home, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry, on Wednesday, June 14th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held at the Port Perry United Church, 294 Queen Street in Port Perry on Thursday, June 15th at 11 a.m. Interment in Blackstock.

She truly enjoyed travelling, curling, softball, camping, fishing, boating and spending time at the cottage, as long as the weather wasn’t cold. She was a dedicated single mother and cherished her granddaughter.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 10th, 2023 from 10:00a.m to 11:00a.m at Mount Lawn Funeral Home, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby ON with a service to follow at 11:00a.m in the Chapel.

He is predeceased by his parents Herb and Shirley.

He is survived by his wife Kelly, his daughter Kelsie, her spouse Adam, and their children Brooke and Lucas, his daughter Karlie, her spouse Peter, and their children Kinsley, Maxton and Kennedy, his son Josh and his spouse Miranda and his son Jason.

Doug will be remembered for his wicked sense of humor and his love for his family. He was the first one to shout out a request for the band and was always quick with a joke.

He loved being at the cottage with his family and spending time on the boat. The past six years he took joy in being the best Pah to his grandchildren.

As per his wishes, there will not be a funeral service or viewing; instead the family invites all those who knew and loved Doug to join us for a celebration of life on Saturday, June 17th, 2023.

In honour of Doug’s memory, the family kindly requests that instead of sending flowers, you consider making a donation to Markham Stouffville Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society.

After a courageous battle with cancer, Debbie passed away peacefully at Oak Ridges Hospice on May 26, 2023 surrounded by family and loved ones.

She is now free from pain and has gone to be with her Lord and Saviour.

Loving mother of Jennifer Taverner (Matthew Roblin) and Neesa Taverner (Salvatore Tine); and Nana of McKayla, David, Troy, and Ayden.

Daughter of Clifford and Grace Burton formerly of Keswick (predeceased); loving little sister of Glen Burton (predeceased), Larry Day (predeceased) David Day (predeceased), Brian Burton (Bonnie), Kevin Burton (Vickey); cherished aunt of Brad Burton (Susan), Shane Burton (Holly), Sara Burton (Cody) and Philip.

She will also be dearly missed by her best friend Lorna Arnold (Mervin) and niece Cathy Gordon who she shared a special bond with. Lovingly remembered by Ronald Taverner.

Debbie will be remembered for her giving heart and love for animals.
