(June13, 1923 - July 16, 2018)On Monday, July 16, 2018, our beloved mom finished her long journey home.Born in Edinburgh, Scotland to Richard and Jessie Summers, she has joined them along with her brother Sam (Isobel), sisters Janet (Jim) and Joan (Eston).She joins her husband and love of her life Felix, son Roy both of whom she has sorely missed these many years and great grandson Stewart.Many close family members have preceded her on this great adventure and will be there to greet her and welcome her home to a family reunion the likes of which has rarely been seen.She leaves behind her daughter Maureen Mills (David) and their sons Shawn (Deborah) and Keith (Jolene), her son Neil (late Hetty), his son Kyle and his daughter Stacey.There are also numerous nieces and nephews and their spouses along with their children whose lives she has touched over her 95 years.Family and friends are invitedto the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, July 25for a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of the Memorial Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m.In lieu of flowers, the family on behalf of their mom, request donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Diabetes Association, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Lung Association, the Kidney Foundation or a CHARITY of your choice.Burial will take place in Douglas, Ontario on Saturday, July 28 at St. Michaels Church Cemetery, where she will lie beside her beloved husband and son.

(September 26, 1932 - July 4, 2018)Fran Kinch, a woman of great beauty, grace and love has left us suddenly and way too soon.She will be dearly missed by her husband Jim.Her children Bob (Margaret Lazdzin), Mary (David Ehrlich) and Maureen (John Murphy), her grandchildren Megan, Madelyn, Crispin, Kurt, Brianna, Lauryn, Ellen, Sean, Eric, Gillian and Andrew and her great-grandchild Esther.She will be lovingly missed by her sisters Winnie (Benny Kinch) and Isabel Kinch. Fran had a strong religious faith that compelled her to help others.The legacy she leaves her family will ensure that the light will never flicker.They know that she is still looking after them and they will not falter. She joins her family gone before her, where she has already been embraced, as her reward for leading a good life. Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Friday, June 29, 2018 with his family, Vince, Irene, Helen and Emma by his side.Floyd at the age of 77 years, was the beloved husband of the late Pat.Sadly missed by his family Rex (Pat), Iona, Kay, Lou (Max), Gord (Marion), Helen, Mike (Norma), Emma, Vince (Irene), Bill (Lynn) and Thelma (Eugene).Predeceased by his sister Ruby. Fondly remembered by his extended family and friends.Floyd was in the hospital for the last six years and truly appreciated those who took the time to visit with him there.Visitation will be held at the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, on Friday, July 6th from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, July 7th at 11:00 am.
