Darcy was born in Edmonton, Alberta to Constance (Connie) and William (Bill) Overland.
He lived in Edmonton until 1987 when he moved with his family to Oshawa, Ontario.
He went to O'Neill Collegiate and graduated in 1993.
He attended Durham College from 1993 to 1995. After that he lived in Houston, Texas, and later in Lethbridge Alberta. He returned to Oshawa between and permanently in 2012. He obtained his computer programming certification and that led him to his work as a customer service rep. and flex trainer for Sykes.
Through them he contracted with multiple companies including Walmart, Simply Safe, Apple, and mostly Rogers.
He loved his job. He partnered with Anne since 2013. His hobbies were gaming, working organizing events for Durham Pagan Pride, facilitating the coffee moot and games night at Brew Wizard.
Darcy is survived by his mother Connie, partner Anne Cherwinka, brother Dana, sister in law Helen, nephew Erik, niece Eilidh, stepdaughter Jessica (Jake), and grandchildren Jaylee, Logan, Caden, and Kinsley. Darcy was predeceased by his father, William.

A Pagan Memorial Service for Darcy Overland will be held on Sunday February 19th, 2023 at 1 pm with reception to follow.
This will be held at Lake Vista Hall, 450 Emerald Avenue, Oshawa. All are welcome at anytime depending on personal comfort level. Reception will begin at approximately 2:30 pm.
Deanna Lynn Puhach, passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday January 30, 2023 at the age of 58.
Cherished mom of Breanna Puhach (Justin) and Joshua Puhach (Leigha). Proud grandma of Evelynn. Daughter of Joan and the late Walter Puhach.
Dear sister of Laurie Puhach-Gaudette and her husband Phillip. Loving aunt of Madison Gaudette.
Predeceased by her grandparents Michael and Klaudia Puhach and James and Elizabeth Armstrong. Beloved lifelong friend of Barb, Chris and Kerry.

Deanna graduated from Trent University with a BA in English and Sociology, as well as a graduate diploma in Human Resources from Seneca College. She went on to be a Caseworker where she found joy in helping many people.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Diane McLellan, at the age of 74, on Monday, January 30, 2023, at the Ross Memorial Hospital, in Lindsay, after a brief battle with cancer.
She is predeceased by her husband, Donald McLellan, her parents, Clarence and Dora, and her brothers, Gary and Eldon.
Survived by her children, John Metcalfe, Judy O’Flaherty(Kevin), and Theresa Leonard(Kevin).
Loving grandmother to Justin(Cassie), Courtney(Keith), Meaghan(John), Willem and Reilan. Great-grandmother to Amelia.
Diane will be sadly missed by her loving sister, Linda Berry(Len) and her niece, Melissa(Leigh), nephew, and Stephen. She will be greatly missed by her extended family and friends.
She was an avid baker who will be remembered for her love of horses, cows, birds, and her beloved dog, Tiny.

With sadness in our hearts, we announce the death of David Wayne Dwyer on January 25, 2023 at the age of 58 after a brief illness.
David is survived by his mother Donna, brothers Collin (Arthur) and Brian (Jenny), nephews Mitchell (Taylor), Griffin (Melissa) and Jared (Kayla), great nieces Eloise and Flora, and great nephew Oliver.
We know David is now with his father Dave in heaven.
He will be missed by his extended family, clients, and RC car racing friends as well as all who knew him.

Darcy passed away suddenly on Monday January 16th, 2023, in the Oshawa hospital at the age of 69.
Selfless in support of others, he was known for his good nature and obsession with music and sports trivia.
Darcy will be greatly missed by his children Chris (Joan), Ryan (Lori), Kayleigh, Connor (Ellysa), and Kevin as well as treasured friend Greg and former wife Anida.
He was a grandfather to Krystal, Taya, Zoey, Liam, Kara, Cameron and Ella.
He is survived by his dear siblings Ian, Patricia, Colleen and Allison.
Darcy’s kindness, like gravity, made an impact on everyone around him.
He spent his life encouraging others’ potential and treating them with dignity and respect.
A celebration of Darcy’s life will be held at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME in Oshawa on Wednesday January 25th from 7-9pm with words of remembrance at 7:30pm.

Born to Hazel and Lawrence Burgess in Oshawa on Monday January 23, 1961.
Douglas married at the age of 23 to Monique and had 5 children who loved him deeply.
He had a long career as a factory worker at WEGU Canada making rubber parts for automobiles.
A strong exceptional man, and a great and loving father/grandfather.
He is survived by his children Eleanor, Katrina (Jordan), Damien (Faye), Robin (Shawn), Sulinda (Josh); his stepchildren Raistlin and Krysania (Andrew); his wife Monique; his loving partner of 9 years, Maggie; and Douglas also leaves behind 20 grandchildren.
Doug will always be remembered for being the life at gatherings and for always being supportive with his family and friends.
He will be missed more then words can express and will forever be in our hearts and memories.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023 from 1-2 p.m. at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 2 p.m.

Daughter of the late Flora and Cyril Gollert, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023 at the age of 93.
Dorothy was the widow of Robert Feltrin who predeceased her in 2000.
Together they had four children Wendy, Michael, David (Cynthia) and Karen (Jim), Dorothy loved her grandchildren Jeff (Tracy), Amanda, Ashleigh (Anthony), their mother Joanne, Joel (India), Natalie and Rachel, and great-grandchildren Ella, Brody, (their mother Jennifer), Jack, Grayson, Evan and Emily. Dorothy was happiest spending time with her immediate family, extended family as the middle child of nine siblings (Margaret, Howard, Lillian, Cyril, Malcolm, Norman, Jim and Colin) and her church family.
There will be a service of remembrance for Dorothy's life later in the year.
