On Wednesday August 4th, Tetley Tea’s stock price fell sharply on the news of Evana Graham’s passing.

A lover of a good strong cup of tea and a carry on.

Evana was born to the late Zenon and Alice Boudreau (nee Roi) in Petit Rocher, NB. She grew up in Minto, NB.

Her adventures led her to Oshawa where she met her loving husband Ronald (Scott) C. Graham and married in 1971.

There they raised their two children.

A loving mother and hard worker, Evana was known as the “Lucky Lady”.

She enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends, especially over the holidays.

Evana is predeceased by her beloved husband Scott of 42 years.

Loving mother of Kyle, and Vanessa Laurie (Paul).

Cherished grandmother of Gillian. Survived by her sister Alser, Brenda, and brother Donny (Ruthy). Dear sister to the late Bernard, Gilbert, Martin, and Kay.

Family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her at Fairview Lodge, Yorkshire Place.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Sunday August 15th at 2pm, with visiting from 1pm at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King St. E., Oshawa.

Elwood, at the age of 82, was the beloved husband of Audrey, for 59 years.

Loving father of Debbie Messam and Murray (Mandy) Pattenden.

Cherished grandfather of Melissa (Darren), Adam and Nolan; he was the great-grandfather of Keyra, Ayden and Alex.

Elwood is survived by his brother Howard Pattenden and sister Mary Bailey; he will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews and extended family.

Passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Orillia, ON in her 100th year.

Emily, dearly beloved wife of John for 64 years, until his passing in 2004.

Loving daughter of William and Catherine Blain (Savage).

She outlived all her siblings and their spouses; Jim (Marion), Jean (Ross), Ted, and Roy (Marlene).

Loving mother to Leonard of Beaverton, Bob (Sandy) of Trenton and Sandra Carson of Sundre, AB.

Dear grandma of 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, who were definitely her greatest source of joy.

She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

After the passing of John, she moved in with Leonard where she was happy, content and well cared for until her passing. She kept busy with new friends playing cards and bingo.

Sometimes she would proudly come home with a huge win of maybe $3.

Doing puzzles was also a great pastime she enjoyed.

Cremation has taken place and at the family’s request, there will be a private interment and a Celebration of Life at a later date.

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Edward "Ed" Flanagan.

He passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Michael Garron Hospital.

Devoted husband to his wife Jean of 69 years He was the wonderful brother of Eileen Couch (Ted), Maurice (Denise) and Frank (Ann).

Edward is predeceased by his parents Hazel Kerr and Edward Flanagan.

Ed raised and loved his seven children; Marguerite (Glenn), Johann (Paul), Terry (Carol), John (Judy), Barbara (Real), Ralph (Grace) and Robert.

Edward loved and was very proud of his 12 grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

He will be fondly remembered for his lovely artwork, his chess playing, his construction and electrical expertise, golf and his love for the ponderosa, Jean and Ed's 50 acre property near Pontypool were a host to many memorable family gatherings. Edward will be missed by many.

We would like to thank the wonderful staff of the Ina Grafton Gage Home who cared so well for him these last few months.
