Passed away peacefully in Oshawa on Tuesday February 22, 2022 at the age of 77.
Loving Aunt of Susan Caron, Danny Harris, David Harris, Dale McGill, Richard McGill and Christopher McGill.
Georgeina will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families.
Georgeina was a longtime parishioner of St. Thomas Anglican Church in Brooklin where she will be remembered for her generous giving and unconditional love.
Visitation will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church in Brooklin on Friday March 4th, 2022 at 12:00 Noon. Funeral service in the church Friday afternoon at 1:00 p.m.
All guests are required to be fully vaccinated and are requested to use the RSVP registration system on the Barnes Website to attend either the visitation OR the Funeral Service.
Georgeina will be laid to rest at GROVESIDE CEMETERY, Brooklin.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gerald Tilk on February 20, 2022.
He was the dear husband of Linda (Eccles) of over 53 years and proud, loving father of Susan Tilk, and son-in-law, Chad Sakac.
He will be greatly missed by his cherished granddaughters Julie and Sarah Sakac.
He was predeceased by his wonderful siblings Delbert, Isabelle (Sutton), Don and Alvin, and half-sister Kim (Bernard).
He was a beloved uncle to many nephews and nieces.
Gerald was born in Oshawa May 6, 1946.
He was an accomplished and well-respected refrigeration mechanic. Gerald owned and operated HADL Refrigeration Ltd (Home Appliances Durham Ltd) for over 30 years and was honoured to have so many loyal and appreciative customers for so many years.
He was passionate for music, a great bottle of wine and sports of all kinds and levels.
For many years he greatly enjoyed volunteering his time with the Oshawa Aquatic Club, where he met great friends and was affectionately known to the swimmers as “Mr. T”.
As an avid baseball fan, he recently traveled to 14 different major league baseball parks to watch his favourite team, the Toronto Blue Jays.
Right until the moment he died his wit, humour and good-heartedness was felt by all that knew him.
Gerald, Dad, Papa, we love you and will miss you dearly.
A celebration of his life will be held in the spring where family, friends and neighbours can share in stories, food, and toasts.

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Gil on February 19, 2022, at the age of 82.
Gil was born in Moncada, Tarlac, Philippines, on September 14, 1939, to the late Arturo and Ana (Rivera).
He was the beloved husband of Olivia for almost 59 years and the cherished father of Marianne, Mildred, Myra, Michael, Mark and Chris.
He was the proud grandfather of Nicolo, Genelle, Frances, Jorell, Jill, Gaby, Sherise and Nathan. He was loved by his in-laws, Jojo, Juli, Michael, Claudette and Gem.
His family, loved ones, and friends will dearly miss Gil.

1925 - 2022 John passed away peacefully at the Ajax Pickering Hospital on February 14, 2022, at the age of 96.
Predeceased by his wife, Kathleen Elston (nee O’Reilly) and his son Mark.
Pappy will be sadly missed by his daughter Tracy-Lee Paterson and her husband Gavin, and his two granddaughters Kady and Kyri.
John had a knack for making everyone feel like family but paid special care to Dawn and cousin Zena.
John was a retired senior executive of Canadian Pacific, and loved to share stories from his working years and travels.
He always had a glint in his eye that mischief wasn’t far away and his jokes will be sorely missed at the Sunday dinner table.
There will be no visitation or service.

Gord was born in Toronto, Ontario on September 14, 1955.

Adored father to Jamie Hart.
Cherished grandfather to Oliver and Cooper. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Dorothy and little dog Bobby.

Gord always had a smile on his face and loved nothing better than spending time conversing with his family, friends and coworkers at Milner Ave, Toronto, where he worked. His infectious smile, dedication, caring and generosity will be greatly missed.
We were very lucky to be able to spend his remaining time together, talking about the good times, and how he wants to be remembered.
