It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Marie Chapman on Wednesday, July 19th, 2023 at the Belmont Long Term Care Facility in Belleville at the age of 95.
Predeceased by her beloved Husband Lloyd, married 69 years.
Loving mother of the late Bob and his wife late Ruthmary of Scarborough, Randy and his wife Laura of Armena, Alberta, Lyn and his partner Suzi of Springbrook.
Grandmother of Heather and her husband Michael Leach, Gregory and his partner Leigh, Laura, Brad and his wife Cassandra, Michael and his wife Angela of Belleville and Lynda and her husband Nathan of Ottawa.
Great grandmother of Austin, Kayla, Ashleigh, Aidan, Ainsley, Alexander, Logan, Alyna, Avery, Ben, extended family Chester, Ashley, & Tori Mooney and many nieces and nephews.
Special aunt to Dawn Rumsey and her husband Patrick of Georgia and Cheryl Brown of Oshawa.
Predeceased by her siblings Gwen Harrison and Belf De Guerre.
Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Friday, July 28th from 12:30 p.m. until the time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow.

It is with great sadness that Marion’s daughters share the news of her passing in her 99th year, July 20, 2023.

She lived a long and happy life filled with family, friends and travel.

Dear brother of Marcia Thomas.
Predeceased by his siblings Keith Jones, Michael, Maureen Cobham and by his parents Phyllis & Maurice.
Myron is lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and family in Barbados and Canada.
He will be sadly missed by his KFC family, where he worked for 25 years.
Myron was a true friend to everyone. If you needed anything, he was there for you, family, friends, strangers and animals. His smile and laughter were contagious. His love of horses and racing brought him true enjoyment.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday July 31st at 11am in the Chapel of ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME , 124 King Street East, Oshawa. Visitation will be held from 10am to 11am prior to the service.

Predeceased by his parents Ezra Shantz and Clara (Russell) Wright, his sister Dora (Harold) Martyn and his second eldest grandchild Jason Shantz. He will be profoundly missed by his grandchildren Shannon Shantz, Ryan (Ashley) Shantz, Kristopher (Shauna) Shantz, Kory Annan, Chelsea Farrell and Hannah (Travis) Stauffer.
His five great grandchildren Mason, Kayleigh, Liam, Theodore and Benjamin will forever miss him. Merlynn will also be dearly missed by his closest friend Cam (Lori) Gordon.
Born on a farm in Enniskillen Ontario, Merlynn shared his love of agriculture with all who knew him.
He met many friends over the years through his love of classic cars, especially Studebakers, International trucks and Indian motorcycles.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Fosterbrooke Long Term Care for four years of dedicated care.

Maureen passed away on June 30, 2023, while driving from her home in Bowmanville to the cottage in Minden, ON, at the age of 73.
In the last decade, she and her longtime partner, Douglas Wentzel, travelled the world, returning most often to their favourite place in Mexico.
Maureen spent 35 years working at Centennial College.
Highly intelligent and endlessly capable, she was a trusted colleague and generous friend, who approached life from a place of love and kindness.
Predeceased by her mother, Janet (Douglas Bateman); and sister, Teri-Lynn (Rick Reynolds), Maureen is survived by her partner, Doug; aunt, Heather; brother, Richard; and Darcy Girl, her constant companion. She is remembered as a loving mother to Melisa, Lisa, Michelle, and Michael; aunt to Ashley, Hayley and Laura; and grandmother to Greg, Mackenzie and Jordyn.
Maureen's family and friends are heartbroken and will miss her more than words can express.
