Dearly remembered by all her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Sister of Marianne and predeceased by Egan and Hella.

GIBSON, Raymond Frederick - The family of Raymond Frederick Gibson announces his passing at home in Etobicoke on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at the age of 85.
Raymond was a devoted husband to Linda for 63 years and a loving father to daughters Shelly, Lisa (Mark Snow) and Erin (Dave Purcell).
He was a proud grandfather to Erica Lamke (John Perreira), Jenna and Paul Snow.
He is survived by his sister, Barbara Janes and was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Eric Janes and son-in-law, John Lamke.
His kindness and generosity of spirit is the legacy he leaves to his family.
Honouring Raymond's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.

GARRINGER, Susan Margaret - Sue passed away peacefully at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on July 29, 2024.
She was the loving and devoted wife of Rodney for 46 cherished years.
She will be dearly missed by her children Cory (Michelle McAvoy), Kristen (Christopher) Pilon, and Bradley (Kendra).
Special grandma of Easton and Quinn Pilon, and Taylor, Hadley, Oakley, and Finley Garringer.
As per Sue’s request, cremation has taken place and no service will be held.

GORDON, Winifred Margaret (Nee Irving) Gordon - 76 of Pickering, passed away peacefully on July 25th,
2024 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
Winnie (as she was fondly referred to) was born on September 26th, 1947 to the late Charles and Hilda Irving.
She trained and became a Registered Nurse at the Royal Infirmary Edinburgh School of Nursing, then spent another year as a Midwife at The Queen Mothers Hospital in Glasgow.
After coming to Canada in 1971 she worked as a Registered Nurse and then on to teach Nursing at Durham College.
She was known for her dedication and compassion and fondly remembered by her students.
She married Ronald Gordon in 1971 and they shared 53 loving years together.
Winnie was always active in her community and was fast to make friends wherever she went. She was an active woman who was also very well travelled. She was fondly remembered by many of her students – one who even helped care for her in her final days.
Winnie is survived by her husband Ronald Gordon, sons, Richard and Douglas Gordon, grandchildren, Baily Dobbin, Connor Gordon, Ben Gordon, Oliver Gordon, Neve Gordon and predeceased by father, Charles Irving and mother, Hilda Irving and her daughter, Deborah Gordon.
A memorial service to be held at McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME in Ajax. Friday, August 2nd. 2024 at 2pm. 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax ON L1T 2Z7.

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Gordon (Gord) Campbell, at St. Joseph’s Villa, on July 25, 2024, in his 102nd year. Gordon was born in Canfield, Ontario, but moved to Hamilton in his teenage years when his family relocated. He is predeceased by his loving wife Sarah (Sadie Simpson) 2006, and his daughter Joanne 2017, sisters Leone German (Al deceased), Jean Kinrade (Frank deceased). Survived by his sister Verna Brock (Alf deceased), son John and Theresa, grandchildren Brenda and Bob Waters, Matthew and Erica and their daughter Margaret, Peter and Bianca, and Ruthann. Gordon lived a full life. He was a tank mechanic during WWII. After the war, he operated the Texaco gas station on Upper James and Fennell. Gord and Sadie retired to Pigeon Lake (Bobcaygeon) and enjoyed many happy memories. He will be sadly missed by his family. As per his wishes, there will be no memorial service, cremation has taken place with a private family internment at a later date. Many thanks to the Carrington Place Retirement home and St. Joseph’s Villa for their kindness and care for our father and grandfather in his final days.
It is with heavy hearts we share the passing of George Charles Grass on July 26th, 2024.
George passed peacefully at home surrounded by family, at the age of 58 after a battle with brain cancer.
Partner of Patricia Cruz and loving father of their four children, George Jr, Belle (Brandon), Lily and Emma. Proud Grandpa to Payton and Papa to Tommy. Predeceased by his parents, Fredrick and Shirley Grass, and his grandmother Dorothea Parker Scarr.
George was a proud Honda employee for over 23 years. He will always be remembered for his strong work ethic, dedication, honesty and humour. He will truly be missed.

George emigrated to Toronto from Florina, Greece at 16 years of age. He lived with his Uncle until he met and married his future wife, Helen. He worked for 24 years at Cara Operations Restaurant Division at Pearson Airport at the original Terminal 1 where he met many different people from all walks of life including politicians, entertainers and many sports celebrities. Later after retiring at 51 years of age, he ventured into an entrepreneurial opportunity with his brother-in-law, David Sideris. At age 54 he was able to realize his life-long dream to fully retire and visit his homeland in Greece. He spent the next 24 summers there. With his wife, sister and brother-in-law they travelled extensively all over Europe and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
George will be remembered by his family and friends that he made throughout his lifetime by being the proverbial host while entertaining all comers to his well-stocked bar. With his sharp wit and banter there was always laughter and joy mixed in with many life lessons along the way.

FEDYK, GREGORY Gregory Harry Fedyk, 90, of Pickering, Ontario, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on July 17, 2024. Gregory was born on February 9, 1934, to Melania and Alex Fedyk (Fedyshyn). Gregory was predeceased by his wife, Helen; brother, John; and sisters, Mary and Anne. He is survived by his children, Greg (Karen), Jeff (Leith), Susan, Jennifer (Gary); and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at McEachnie Funeral Home (28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax) on Monday, July 29th, from 10 – 11 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Reception to follow from 12 – 2 p.m. Interment of cremated remains will take place at 3 p.m. at Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens (21 Garrard Road, Whitby).

The death of Gloria Ann McDougall of Hartland and formerly of Connell occurred on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville. Gloria was born February 27, 1956, in Perth, NB and was the daughter of the late Earl and Annabelle (Johnston) Scott. She was also predeceased by her husband, John; 1 brother Burton Scott (Carolyn) and 1 brothers- in- law, Murray Savoy and Hinson Calder.
Gloria is survived by her children, Alanda Lang and Jason McDougall (Kady); 3 grandchildren, Jacob, Lilah and Charleigh; 5 siblings, Shirley Ballageer (Willy), Albry Scott (Joann), Sheila O’Keefe, Beulah Savoy and Marilyn O’Donnell (Bob) as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
A Celebration of Gloria’s Life will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 1-4 pm from the Florenceville Legion, 219 Greenfield Rd. Greenfield, NB.
