Glenn Cryderman

Listed in

July 30th, 1965 - May 19th, 2021

It is with deep heartache we inform you of the passing of Glenn Cryderman at the age of 55.

He passed away peacefully at home with his family at his side.

He leaves behind the love of his life and wife of 28 years, Carolyne Cryderman. His two cherished children who he was incredibly proud of, Cole and Britney Cryderman.

His older sister Sue McGrath and younger brother Paul Cryderman and many nieces and nephews.

Glenn was very much a family man. He enjoyed watching TV, especially with the company of his cats.

He loved watching sports including the Leafs, the Cowboys, and Nascar races.

Glenn also loved his toys alongside his best friend and brother Paul, including his go karts, slingshot and snowmobiles.

Glenn also enjoyed traveling, a game of euchre and horseshoes.

He had the personality that would light up a room. Very much a peacemaker and had a gentleness to him. Glenn was a selfless soul that would do anything for anyone. He was a jack of all trades. Very much a handy man and a sheet metal worker most of his working life.

Glenn's philosophy was that we are not here for a long time but a good time. So that meant living life to its fullest despite challenges.

Special thanks to his oncologist Dr. Jeffrey Rothenstein and the entire team at Lakeridge Cancer Centre including Dr. Vincent Ho.

And much gratitude to his home care nurses especially Cassandra. We are left in deep grief with his loss at such a young age. He had hoped to be here for the birth of his first grandchild. We will always cherish the wonderful memories and blessings that Glenn has left us.

This world is a much better place because of him and he will be deeply missed.

No services will be held at this time.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details to follow.
