Francisco was called home on Monday May 10th 2021, at the age of 57.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a private family visitation will be held in Oshawa On Saturday May 15th. A Private family mass will be held at St Gerturdes Parish in Oshawa at 1:30pm on Saturday. Interment to follow at Thornton Cemetery.

Dear brother of Mary Hawco (Nick), Rita Fitzgerald (Edward), James Devereaux (Florence), Teresa Marburger (Ray), Emmanual Devereaux (Edie), Rosella Byrne (Bill), Michael Devereaux (Jean), Bernice Dalton (Ed), Joe Devereaux (Geri) and Greg Devereaux (Babe).
Dear brother-in-law of James Wade (Eileen), Johnny Wade (Dot), Catherine Croy (Lloyd), Regina Wade, Albert Wade (Rita), Mike Wade (Lena and Phoebe), Ray Wade (Mary), Clar Wade (Bertha), Leo Wade (Jose) and Gerald Wade.
Predeceased by his parents Michael and Sarah Devereaux and parents-in-law John and Mary Jane Wade.
He will also be fondly remembered by many cousins, nieces and nephews and sadly missed by his extended family and friends in Newfoundland and Labrador and Ontario.
Frank was born in Newfoundland and Labrador and was a proud Newfoundlander even after moving to Oshawa, Ontario in 1986.
Frank had a dedicated career as an ironworker for over 30 years in Locals 721 and 764.
He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Detroit Red Wings and Toronto Blue Jays.
He enjoyed playing hockey, baseball and golf. He could remember sports stats from many years past. He was always up for a game of cards and was also known for being a trickster.
He would remember and say many recitations, especially around the campfire at the trailer park. He loved to play guitar in his pastime, teaching both of his sons his musical talent.
He had a love of food, often cooking up a feed of saltfish and never turning down sweets.
Frank lived a faithful life as a Roman Catholic and would say “God love ya” to everyone.
The family would like to thank the staff at Fairview Lodge, especially Marigold Lane for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband and father, Franz Will at the age of 87 years at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Franz leaves behind his devoted wife of 64 years, Lotte Will and his dedicated children Frances (Glenn) Coker, Diana (Mark) Russell, Jeanette Will-Lukow and Frank Will.
Dearly remembered by his sister Elizabeth Menzer of Zizenhausen, and predeceased by his siblings Johanna Rill of Ulm and Wilhelm Will of Nendingen, all of Germany.
Forever cherished by his grandchildren Michelle Coggan, Darrell Coker, Nicholas, Julia and Phillip Russell, Genevieve and Dominique Lukow, Joshua Will and great grandchildren Makayla, Emmalyne, Liam and Mateo.
Treasured friend of Else and Klemens (deceased) and family.
Loved ones will truly miss shared times with Franz at the cottage, a legacy he built from the ground up as a new immigrant who valued Canada’s resources.
It was at the lake that Franz was his happiest enjoying social bush walks, watercraft rides, dock visits, campfires and chicken roasts.
Franz loved cooking his many specialities and indulging his extensive family, often hosting large gatherings with his brand of hospitality. There are many worldwide recipients of his handcrafted woodwork, another passion.
A natural leader, Franz was a proud Canadian who contributed a strong work ethic to our country. He came from Germany to Canada as a young man and built a fulfilling new life together with Lotte.
Full of energy and ideas, Franz always was ready to serve others even as his health failed him.
Franz selflessly demonstrated abundant love and unwavering support for his family and lifelong friends who will forever adore their larger than life Opa Bear. Thank you to Dr. O.Hadisfar, Dr. R.Tahiliani and Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their care and compassion.
A private celebration by invitation will be held to honour Franz because of Covid 19 restrictions. In memory of Franz, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice are appreciated.

It is with heavy hearts that we write to inform you of both the arrival and departure of our little girl, Faith Hope Greenidge, into the arms of her Lord and Creator at 8:55pm March 27th.
Her name is a reminder of our steadfast FAITH in God's sovereignty and goodness to us even in the most difficult of circumstances and our HOPE in God, in that FAITH that we will, indeed, see our precious little girl again when we meet Jesus face to face.

It is with heartfelt sorrow that the family of Fanny Margaret Handjes passed away suddenly but peacefully in her home at the age of 63 on March 23, 2021.
Fanny was sadly predeceased by her loving husband of 31 years Robert “Bob” James Munn on November 24, 2012 after a valiant battle with brain cancer.
Fanny was deeply loved and will be forever missed by her two sons, Jonathon (Jessica) and Jeremy (Amanda).
Sofia and Jameson who cherished their Granny Fanny will miss her terribly as time passes, but her memory will live on through their smiles.
She is survived by her mother Maria Handjes, and her siblings Joan (Tom) and Liz, as well as many other relatives and friends.
Fanny was a dedicated employee for more than 30 years with Durham Region Children’s Service Division.
She was a dedicated employee and made numerous friendships that lasted a lifetime.
She was an avid traveler and enjoyed trips to places such as Greece and Italy. Fanny particularly raved about the beautiful Keukenhof tulip gardens that graced the fields of the Netherlands.
Every year more than 7 million bulbs are planted by hand in the autumn to flower in the spring. Visitation will be held at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Monday March 29, 2021.
Due to COVID restrictions there will be a scheduled visitation between the hours of 3pm to 5pm.
