It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Giselle David who passed away on Friday September 30, 2022 at Bay Ridges Long Term Care in Pickering.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Louis David, son, Steven Bartok and granddaughter, Crystal Agnew.
She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Beatrice Hancock and Kitty Stoker; her grandsons Brandon Bartok, Kevin Bartok, Sean Hancock, Ryan Hancock and James Stoker.

With great sadness we regret to announce the passing of Gordon David Shirbon on the evening of October 18th, 2022.
He was finally set free of his battle with Alzheimer's dementia.
Born in London, England on July 22nd, 1947, he always spoke fondly of family and memories in England.
Gordon came to Canada in his early 30’s to pursue a new life in entrepreneurship.
Gordon was a devoted husband to his wife Susan, adoring father to Erin (Brad), Predeceased Matthew, Patrick, David (Leanne).
The best grandfather to Chase, Carter, Kali, and Everleigh. The family would like to remember his sense of humour, his great teaching ability, his kindness and thoughtfulness that will never be forgotten.
Gordon was a hardworking provider and so proud of his family.
He was a loving brother, uncle & friend to all who were blessed to know him.
He will be remembered as a gentle loving being.

Passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 88.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Val Gaudette, daughter Rachel and son Aurel.
Loving Mame of Audel (Anita) Drisdelle, Allard (Monita) Drisdelle, Ivan (Georgette) Drisdelle, Gisele Drisdelle, and Allan (Heather) Drisdelle. Cherished Memere and Grandmemere of many.
Dear sister of Dempsey, Gladys, and Helen. Will be missed by her companion Tony.
Gracia was a dedicated member of Legion Branch #43 for over 25 years.
She volunteered her time at St. Vincent de Paul kitchen and with the Corps.
She loved to spend her time step dancing (for which she won many awards), gardening, cooking and playing euchre, bingo and bowling.
Visitiation will be held on Monday, October 24, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. Interment Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.

Our beloved Garry passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on October 6, 2022 at 12:32 p.m., after a short and courageous battle.
He was the much loved and devoted husband to Sharon (nee Chonoskie), a wonderful and treasured father and best friend to son Brian, cherished father-in-law to Vanessa, the best big brother to Karen (Woods), and son-in-law to Ann Chonoskie (the late Cecil).
Garry was born in Oshawa on March 3, 1948 to the late Thomas and Irene (nee Cuddahee) Cotnam.
His passion for golf started at a very young age when he was a caddy at the Oshawa Golf Club.
Over the years, he was a member at a variety of golf courses, the last being Oshawa Golf Club.
Garry gave to his community through his involvement in youth sports and activities.
He was a soccer coach for Baker Parks League for many years, assistant coach for his son’s hockey team and a Cubs and Boy Scouts Leader for Scouts Canada.
Thank you to the doctors and nurses at Lakeridge Health Oshawa Critical Care Unit for their great care and compassion they gave him.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King St. E., Oshawa, ON). A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.

1936 - 2022 – 86 years old
George Wilson passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on October 5th at Lakeridge Health - Port Perry.
George was born on January 4th 1936 and spent his childhood in Ballynashee Northern Ireland.
In 1966 he married Martha (Marty) Richmond and moved to Toronto Canada with her in 1969, and to Whitby in 1994 here he spent the rest of his adult years.
George is pre-deceased by his parents Mary and Thomas Wilson, brother Tom, and sister Mollie.
He leaves his wife Marty, son Michael, daughter Joanne and grandsons Evan and Lucas, brother John (Joan) and sister Sandra and her family, and the Richmond family.
George loved music and was an acclaimed Irish fiddle player. He taught music to children and performed at celebrations across Toronto and Durham into his later years.
He had a deep love for animals in need and cared for many animals at home, and volunteered at animal shelters.
There will be a private cremation with immediate family on Sunday, October 10th.

Loving father of Rita Seif (Joseph), Mona Krolark (Robert), Eva Chatfield (Brant), Najwa Chibani, Alain Chibani, Pierre Chibani. Cherished “Jido” of Antoun, Andrew, Adam, Aissa, Alexandra, Katherine, Elizabeth, James, William, Mariette and George.
Predeceased by his siblings. Lovingly remembered by all his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Loving cared for by his niece Aida.
George was a dedicated family man who had a personality larger than life. He was loved and respected by all who knew him, and never failed to make you laugh, lend a helping hand or open his heart and home to all.
