It's with deep sadness we announce the death of George Papanicolopoulos on Sunday October 24th 2021.
After a long courageous fight with Parkinson's, he lost the battle.
Born August 22 1944 in Nedoussa, Greece.
Loving husband for almost 50 years to Jeannie (Hansen).
Devoted father to Themmy, Michelle and Bill (Kit), Papoo to Laydon, Carly and Mya, Great Papoo to Colt.
Brother to Paul and Pota.
Uncle to Themis, Victoria, Nick, Peter, Angela, Tommy, Chrissie and great uncle to many wonderful nieces and nephews.
He loved and was loved.

1933-2021 Gil passed away peacefully on October 22, 2021, in the Ajax Hospital with family at his side after suffering a brief illness.
Gil is survived by his wife Patricia of 66 years, his children Richard (Shannon), Robert, Laurence (Lynn dec.), and Denise, grandchildren Nikki (Gerald Lanchbery), Michelle (Greg Dionne), Cameron (Skyler), Margot (Greg Young), Andrew and David Lafrance and Paddington Scott, and great-grandchildren Faith, Charlotte, Will and Clara.
ilbert was born to Albert and Gertrude Lafrance in Noranda Quebec.
He is predeceased by his brothers Lucien, and Gerald, and his sisters Lillianne and Claudette.
He originally worked at Noranda Mines where he met his future wife, Pat. He moved his young family to the Ottawa Valley in 1962, settling in Pembroke, and later in Deep River, to begin a new career at AECL in Chalk River, transferring to Ontario Hydro’s first nuclear station, NPD, in Rolphton.
He was especially tickled with delight by his great-grandchildren.

Passed quietly surrounded by family on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at the age of 60.
Gary is survived by his loving wife Marsha, partner in life and in business.

As an auctioneer Gary was back to back Canadian Champion in 1995 & 1996, going on to place runner up in the world competition.
He enjoyed volunteering his time to many charity auction events during his career, and was also known as one of the long time voices of the Uxbridge Fall Fair.
Gary will be remembered for his ability to charm a crowd, his hard work ethic, and his honesty and integrity in the farming community.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, November 14, 2021 at the Uxbridge Sales Barn, 720 Davis Dr., Uxbridge from 2pm to 5pm. Ontario COVID-19 restrictions in effect at this time will apply.
In lieu of flowers, charities and causes that are supported by the family are the Canadian Cancer Society, Parkinson’s Canada, and Oak Ridges Hospice of Durham.

After a long illness, passed away peacefully at age 72 in Lakeridge Palliative Care Oshawa.
He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Edna Boucher, son Michael (Marina), granddaughter Ashlyn, brothers Myles (Nancy), Richard, and many friends from the town of Harwood, ON and those he worked with at Oshawa General and Streamway Villa.
Predeceased by his mother Rose and brother Ken.

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Gerard van den Wildenberg announces his sudden passing on the morning of October 15th, 2021.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Debbie, his children, Liam (Mingshi), Kyle, Erin (Ian), Shawna (Zachary), his grandchildren Brodie and Noah, Father (Richard); sisters, Jaci (Tim), Monique and Cornie; nephews (Isaac and Caleb).
Predeceased by his mother (Beth) and sister (Heneriette).
Gerard will also be greatly missed by his extended family, his school and education community, colleagues and friends.
A Funeral mass will be held on Saturday October 23rd at 10am at St. Gertrude’s Church, 690 King Street East, Oshawa. Registration is required to attend the funeral mass.

Gary passed peacefully October 8 surrounded by family.
He is survived by wife Barbara Branton, sons Mackenzie, wife Michelle, George, wife Emily, and Gary Jr. Grandchildren James, Kieran, Jordon, Allison, Isabella, Jillian, Ben and Lincoln.
He was well known in Oshawa in the '80's and 90's as Disc Jockey "Thee Doctor" @ Corky's Bar.
He led a full life having travelled throughout North America.
As well as highlights of having dinner with Mohamad Ali and George Chivalo.
He also hob nobbed with some of the music greats, The Rolling Stones, Burton Cummings, and Mickey Dolenze of The Monkey's.
He instilled a love of music, sports and cars in his boys and left them with great memories.
Gary is loved and missed by all.
