Cherished “Bumpy” to Mitchell (Rachel), Joel (Jacqueline), Brendan (Charlotte), Michel, Jayden and Skye.
Dear brother of Bruce (Margaret), Murray and Ross (Pat).
He will be remembered by nieces, nephews and brother-in-law Bill Coates.
Special thank you to the doctors and nurses at the Lakeridge Health Cancer Centre and Partners in Community Care for their support.

Carl Norton of Port Perry, dearly loved husband of Jean (nee Jewel).
Loved father of Bryan (Susan) and Wayne (Wendy) and the late Bonnie. Loving grandfather of Jeremy, Jenna, Shane, Bonni, Corey and Kyle and great grandfather of Madyson, Amelia, William, Deeks, Charlotte and Kyllian.
Survived by his sisters Marion and Donna and predeceased by his brothers Lawrence and Keith and his sisters Helen and Darlene.
Due to the restrictions of COVID-19 a private family service will be held in Port Perry on Saturday, February 6, 2021. Interment Claremont Union Cemetery.

Carmen Joseph Holbrough

Carmen died peacefully in his sleep with family by his side after a long, courageous journey with Alzheimer’s.
He is survived by his wife of Noreen (Logan) for 60 years. Father of Paul (Kelly), Jeff (Kelly), and Chris (Darrell).
Grandfather of Jennie (Michael), Allie (Brett), Tommy, Laura, Dean, Megan (Cody) - Great Grandpa to Liam, Georgia, Wyatt, and Ollie. Carmen will also be fondly remembered by Sue Harrison.
Carmen was a United Church Minister for 50 years and served congregations in Saskatchewan and across Ontario, also serving a term as President of the London Conference of the United Church of Canada.
Carmen was very community minded and served as the President of Kiwanis, President of Choralaires, and Chair of the Alexandra Hospital Foundation.
Carmen loved life and had a contagious laugh and smile. He enjoyed music and brightened any room with his singing. Carmen loved sports and was a member of the Ingersoll Curling Club. He loved people and spent many mornings with his friends at Tim Hortons.
Carmen was an advocate for Alzheimer’s awareness and was always willing to share his experiences with others.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Oxford, Trinity United Church, and Alexandra Hospital Foundation.
Cremation has taken place and due to COVID-19, a private family service will be held.

With dignity, determination and eternal kindness our Mother passed away to re-unite with her loving husband of 63 years, Cecil.

Dear grandmother of Haydn, Emmett, Cameron and Avery. Sister of Vivianne & Melodie (Gord).
Sister-in-law of Lorne (Leona) & Theresa. Predeceased by sisters Jeannine (Bob), Laurette (Jean), Estelle (Herb) & Marcelle (Ron) and brothers-in-law Terry (Betty), Peggy (Les), Russell (Lorraine), Eddie and Tommy.
Our Mom was a force of nature. Her family, and the well-being of her grandchildren were always paramount.
Due to Covid-19, a funeral mass will be held at a later date at St. John’s the Evangelist Church in Kirkfield to keep friends and family safe.
A sincere thanks to the staff and nursing team at Douglas Crossing as well as the doctors and nurses at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital. Special thanks to Dr. Ken Ng and Dr. Aisha Husain for their care and kindness.

Colleen (Lawrence) Hutcheon

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Colleen in her 71st year, after a courageous battle with cancer. She remained so strong through it all.
She leaves behind husband Bruce of 50 years, and twin boys Sam and William.
Predeceased by her parents George and Jean Lawrence, sisters Andrea, Heather and brother Dennis. Sadly missed by sister Sandra (Kelly), brother John (Judy), many nieces and nephews.

Cesare Rizzuto

It is with great sadness, that we announce the peaceful passing of Cesare Rizzuto, with his loving family by his side, on January 18, 2021, at the age of 79.
Son of Elisabetta and Vincenzo and lovingly raised by his aunt, Maria Rizzuto.
He will be deeply missed by Nancy, his wife of 59 years.
Loving father of Enzo, Tony (Cristina), Lisa Ferguson (Andrew), Pina Filippelli (Luigi) and Frank.
Proud and Cherished Nonno of Anthony, Erica, Vittoria, Sophia, Sal, Elio and CJ.
Cesare loved his family immensely.
He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by all his extended family and friends here in Canada and Italy.
Cesare lived a remarkable life. He was born in Calabria, Italy where he studied under the instruction of a Master Carpenter.
At the age of 19, he immigrated to Canada and entered through Pier 21.
This amazing country, provided many opportunities for him. He embraced becoming Canadian and loved being actively involved in the communities in which he lived. Cesare spent his working life in the Construction business.
As a member of the Oshawa Italian Recreation Club and Club Vallelonga, Cesare continued to share his love of his native homeland with friends and family. Anyone that knew him was made quickly aware of his enthusiasm and passion for his culture. He was very proud to be the President of the Oshawa Italia F.C. and contributor to the local soccer scene.
As an avid soccer enthusiast, he loved to cheer on his favourite team Inter-Milan. He wore the blue and black colours as often as he could, and his children and grandchildren adopted the same love for the team (Forza Inter!).
His spontaneous singing, love for celebrating and reminiscing will be missed by all. “Your life was a blessing. Your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.”
A special thank you to Dr. Barrettara, the staff and home caregivers of LHIN East, VHA Home Healthcare, Lakeridge Health Oshawa Palliative Care, Lakeridge Health Dialysis Unit, and the Transplant Team at St. Michael’s Hospital, for their unwavering care and compassion.
Due to the restrictions with COVID 19, a private funeral will be held on Wednesday January 20th a 11:00am in the Chapel at DESTEFANO FUNERAL HOME, followed by a private family entombment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Cesare’s name, to The Diabetes Association of Canada, The Canadian Kidney Foundation or Grandview Children’s Centre would be appreciated.

Cec passed away peacefully at his home in Whitby, Ontario on Monday, January 18, 2021 at the age of 58.
