At the Brome-Missisquoi-Perkins Hospital, on July 24th, 2024, husband of the late Mrs. Rita-Claire Bouthillier, Mr. Thomas Charles Edmonds, passed away at the age of 86.

He was the beloved Father of Teres (Micheal Lane), Deborah (Leo Caissie) and Douglas (Tara Schofield), the Grandfather of Claire, Tommy, Mathis, Owen, Megan, Steffany and Joseph.

The family wishes to thank the staff of the BMP Hospital, the Residence des Bâtisseurs, the Doctors and Nurses that took care of him in his final months.

Cremation was held at Les Jardins Funéraires Bessette Crematorium.

A celebration for Thomas Charles will be held August 5th, 2024, at 11 am in Grace Church, 52 Principale Sud, Sutton.

Surrounded by his family at Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital in Toronto, God called Emmanuel “Manny” Gerardo Requina peacefully on Thursday April 25th, 2024 at the age of 61.

Loving son of the late Gavino and Herminia Requina. Immense love and deeply cherished brother of Ada Easton and Andrei Requina. Much adored uncle of Andrew, Joshua, Lauren, Gabriella and Nicholas.

Emmanuel will be sadly missed by his extended family, cousins, relatives and close friends.

Emmanuel travelled the world and touched the lives of many. His witty nature, radiant smile and effortless charm opened many doors and created lasting friendships throughout his journey.

Manny remains eternally cherished and loved. His memories will forever reside in our hearts.

Visitation at St. Ann’s Parish, 120 First Ave., Toronto M4M 1X1 on Wednesday, May 1st from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m.

Edward was predeceased by the love and joy of his life his wife, Amy; parents, Albert & Mary Guy; brothers, Mark, Llewelyn, Hayward, Walter, Nelson, George; and sister, Bessie.

Edward worked various different jobs throughout his lifetime including working for the Town of Peterview, NL, driving heavy equipment, and family farming. He was a dedicated man who would work extremely hard to provide a foundation for his family, as family meant the most to him. He also dearly loved his pet, Pearl, and took care of his roosters and hens daily. His love of nature and animals was next to none. He was so adventurous by going moose hunting, rabbit catching, quading, picking berries, and fishing. He was always up for a trip in the woods to get a load of wood.

His silly wit would come to life even more when surrounded by children, his laughter was contagious; he truly was a joyful soul.

Edward enjoyed music, dancing, singing and was a firm believer in God and the power of prayer. A wholesome soul whom we will live with forever in our hearts.

The public visitation will take place Friday, July 26, 2024 at 2-4 & 7-9 pm from Botwood Funeral Home, 147 Commonwealth Drive, Botwood, NL.

The funeral service will take place Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 2 pm from The Salvation Army Citadel, Peterview, NL.

The interment will follow at the House of God Cemetery, Union Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.

He loved North Toronto Arena and took great pride in making it the best rink in the City. He was very proud and fond of his staff at the arena, as they were of him. Eric's office was open to all as he welcomed you with a greeting like no other, including a most loving fist bump. She died peacefully at Baycrest Hospital with her close family by her side. Liz was married for over 53 years to the love of her life, Gord and was a devoted mother to her incredible children, Sarah and David and their families. Liz can be described in many ways; an enthusiastic, gracious, and loving person; a wonderful teacher and strong advocate for child care; a passionate mother to Sarah and David, a loving grandmother to her grandgirls and a caring sister to Mary, Jane and Susan. She cared deeply about her family and close friends; was a fighter for her thoughts and views and possessed a love of life. Her smile was beautiful and absolutely infectious. She brought real joy to those who knew her. She will be greatly missed. She is loved deeply by Gord, Sarah and David, as well as the rest of her family. There will be a Celebration of Life for Liz to be arranged in September at her condo. It is with great sadness that the family of the late Elizabeth White announces her passing on Wednesday, July 17th at the Western Memorial Hospital in Corner Brook in her 84th year.

She will be sadly missed by her husband of 65 years, Ronald White. Sons: Thomas (Lori), Austin (Molly), and Brian (Angie). Her grandchildren: Amie (Graham), Carol Ann, Kyle (Brittany), Bethanne (Rick), Kathlene (Ben), Danielle (Tyler), Ryan and Andrew. Great Grandchildren: Brayden, Kailum, Jaylen, Ella, Peyton, and Alexis, Brother; William Benoit. Sister -in- law; Betty Benoit. Also, a large circle of relatives and friends.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her son; Ronald (Ronny) White, Parents: Austin and Margaret Benoit, In laws: Thomas and Mary White, Siblings: Edna Temple (Stan), Austin Benoit (Jean), Leo Benoit Siblings in law: Patrick White, Jerome White (Marie), Harold White (Sis), Marjorie White, Monica Benoit.

A passionate lover of the outdoors Betty cherished her camping trips, with the love of her life, Ron. She created magical moments under the stars with family. Shallow bay beach was her sanctuary, a place where she enjoyed sunny days surrounded by loved ones, often greeted with a smile and a story.

Her love for reading and doing word search was a constant source of inspiration. She always had a book in her hand and couldn’t wait to read the next horror novel or solve her next puzzle.

Betty found joy in cooking any dish for her family. The smell of her kitchen when entering her home was like no other. Her culinary skills transformed ordinary gatherings into cherished memories, showcasing her love for family and friends through every meal.

Family was at the heart of Betty’s life, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, teaching them to play an uplifting tune on the piano to how to bake Christmas cooking. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. Always ready with a laugh to lighten the mood. Her sense of humor and quick wit will be dearly missed.

Visitation will take place from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel at the hours of 7-9pm. on Friday, July 19th,2024, where also the funeral service will be on Saturday, at 11:00am with Father Anthony officiating.
