Philip Gerard Bardoul, age 60, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on May 2, 2022.
Known for his relentless sense of humour and love of dogs (no, really, he will be met at Rainbow Bridge by Max the first and second, Caesar, Bear, Lumpy, Lola and Spanky), Phil will be sorely missed by his mother, Theresa Bardoul, his sister Maggie (Al), his brother Frank (Nancy), and his nieces and nephew, Jennifer, Lindsay, Kaitlin, Chelsea, Jessica, and Billy, along with the many friends he made throughout his life.
He joins his late father in heaven, William John Henry Bardoul.
Phil was the comedic relief of any circle he ran in.
He was a jokester and persistent pest – but also, a gentle man with a heart of gold who had the kindness of an angel.
Phil spent many years as an RN serving others, and even after retiring following his successful battle with cancer, he continued giving back, earning the Snow Angel award for shovelling driveways in his community.
The world is a little darker without his light and infectious humour. Rest peacefully, we will love you forever.
