Died peacefully on December 19, 2020, in her 93rd year.She was treasured by her husband Donald of 70 years (who passed in April, 2020) and was greatly loved by her sons Robert (Jennie), John (Susan) and Andrew (Tracy), grandchildren Ryan, Drew (Corinne), Lucas, Trevor (Ashley) and Kristen; and great grandchildren Carter and Reagan (Drew & Corinne).She is fondly remembered by her nephew Chris (Linda), and niece Suzanne (Edward) and their children Daniel and Matthew.She married Donald Bean at age 21, and three years later became a mother, spending the next few decades as an excellent homemaker, dealing with three active boys.She had wonderful times all through life with her best friend from girlhood, Merle Shugg.A memorial service and interment of her cremated remains will take place at a future date.Donations in Virginia’s memory to a CHARITY of your choice would be greatly appreciated.

(February 24, 1952 – December 8, 2020)Valarie Anne Thompson passed away December 8, 2020 at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto at the age of 67 after a short illness.Valarie is survived by brother Taullie Thompson (Jane) and sister Debbie Miller (Ken) along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and her favourite person in the world Shelby Spencer aka Beaner-Bop to whom Val will always be NAN.Valarie was predeceased by her parents Hilda and Donald Thompson, brother Donald Thompson and sister Ave Burgess (Glen).We will cherish the memories until we meet again.

1925 - 2020Violet passed away on October 29th, 2020 at Wynfield Longterm Care after a lengthy illness. Beloved wife of the late Allan. Loving mother of Janet (Harald) and the late Larry. She will be sadly missed by her grandsons: Chris (Shannon), Erik (Brigette) & Klayton; granddaughters: Kelsey (Graham), Lindsay (Kain) & Karley; and great-grandchildren Ivy, Georgia, Heidi & Leif. Violet faced the final years with the quiet determination that she lived life. She was the touch stone of her family always there with support, advice, encouragement and a calming presence. Described by her granddaughter as a “classy lady” she was elegant and dignified with a generous spirit. She was truly a beautiful soul who will always be remembered and loved by her family. Due to current restrictions a Private service will be held at Bowmanville Cemetery.
