Born 31 August 1938 to Harold Almore Milligan & Mary Elizabeth (Lizzie) Brown on the family farm near Tamworth, Ontario.
The family moved to the village of Tamworth a few years later where she attended both elementary & secondary school after which she obtained her teaching certification & moved to Bowmanville to teach in local schools.
A few years later, she met and married her late husband, Adolf on the 24 July 1965 at the Grace Lutheran Church in Oshawa.
The couple purchased a farm on Baseline Road where they resided many years before moving a bit further north to a farm in Orono.
She was predeceased by her husband, Adolf just a few short months ago, her parents & her elder sister, Edna Grace Jackson (Wayne).
She is survived by her younger sister, Mary Elizabeth Sedore (Gordon) of Kingston, sister-in-law Alfreda Paschke of Tisdale, Saskatchewan and many nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews & great great nieces & nephews.
Muriel was blessed to have a wonderful team of caregivers who attended to her needs & were able to help her remain in her home until just recently.

Our beloved wife, mother and Grandmother Mary Christina passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side, on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 at the age of 89.
Mary was the heart of our home and family.
She was born on a Hagersville farm which she ran with her parents Viola and Wilfred Columbus, Brothers Bernard, Jim, and Bob, and sisters Ann and Patricia.
She met her future soulmate Jim and were married for 67 years.
Together they raised 5 children, Barbara Ann, Sandra (Don), Michael (Kelly), Susan (Wayne), and Patrick in a loving home.
Mary was the rock, the heart and soul of our family, she would come to be known as the euchre Diva, and anyone who played against her would know why.
Mary also followed in her mothers’ footsteps with her love of the Blue Jays.
She enjoyed watching hockey or Canadian Curling and could often be heard adding her own spirited commentary to the TV. Mary’s love for cards and sports was a distant second to her love of her family.
She was a dedicated wife and mother first and foremost until she became a grandmother to Kyle, Austin, Nick, Tyler, Hailey, jack, and Evan. She embraced her role with loving passion.
She was an extraordinary one-of-a-kind lady. She will be truly missed. We love you Mary.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30am on Thursday May 9th, 2024, at St John the Evangelist Church, 903 Gifford Street in Whitby.

Predeceased by her parents Phyllis and James Fisher, her infant son Peter Matthew Garrison and her brother William Fisher.
Clem and Elaine enjoyed many years of traveling, spending winters in Florida and at their favourite place on Mountain Lake.
As per Elaine’s wishes there will be no funeral service. Cremation has taken place.

A beacon of positivity and strength, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024, after a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
At the age of 40, surrounded by his family at his home in Pickering, Matthew’s vibrant spirit continued to shine brightly to the very end.
From the courts to the sidelines, Matthew's passion for basketball was unmatched.
He played with heart, and when MS stepped in to challenge him, he gracefully transitioned into coaching, where he continued to inspire and shape young athletes with his strategic insights and unwavering encouragement.
Matthew was the beloved son of Vito and Sheila Maltese, a supportive brother to Geoffrey and Kailynn, and the "Best Uncle Ever" to Matteo and Violetta. His love and laughter will also be dearly missed by his Grandmother - Auriel Hembruff, Nonna - Josie Maltese, and his aunts, uncles, and cousins who adored him.
A private cremation has taken place.

Passed away peacefully at Hillsdale Estates on Sunday, April 28th, 2024.
Mary was predeceased by her parents, George and Mary Pauco, and her brother, Emile Pauco.
Loving wife of John (Jack) Connor. Devoted mother to Anne Marie (Doug) Christie and Andrew Kulich, and stepmother to Jennifer (Jeff) Topping, Jill Zolderdo and Jeff Connor.
Cherished aunt to Rob (Denise) Pauco. She will be missed by her many grandchildren: Bobbi, Katie, Natasha, Kiera, Sam, Mitchell, Christina, Megan and Aysa. Great grandmother to Jackson, Dawson and Oliver.

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on April 26th, 2024, with her devoted husband of 47 years, Patrick Armstrong, by her side.
Mary leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that touched the lives of all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving children: Roslyn Pancham (Paul), Ashlyn Myers (Jeff), Sonya Jarchow (Kurt), and Craig Armstrong (Rebecca).
Mary will be deeply missed by her adoring grandchildren: Brooklyn, Addisyn, Hailey, Masen, Kayla, Morgan, Paige, Patrick, and Milo.
Born in Ireland, Mary bravely immigrated to Canada with her husband and 3 girls in 1989. Mary's warmth and generosity knew no bounds, extending across oceans to her family and friends.
She leaves behind siblings, relatives, and countless friends who were blessed to have her in their lives.
Mary's legacy of love, compassion, and grace will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her presence will be greatly missed, but her memory will be cherished forever.
