Suddenly passed away on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 57.
Beloved wife of 34 years to John.
Loving mother of Alice (Brian) and Samantha (Michael).
Caring daughter of Alan and Edna Astbury. Dear sister of Alan and Keith.
Tracy will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Tracy was the glue that held our family together.
At her core, she was strong, selfless, and deeply caring. Always supportive of a good cause and a bit of a chuckle, she would offer her time and support to anyone who needed it. Often this meant putting aside her own struggles to be present for someone else.
She was an animal lover and advocate; if a stray cat or dog ever crossed her path, you could be sure she would take them in without a second thought.
She loved to bake for her family and friends on all occasions, working tirelessly through the night to have everything just so. She would often skillfully knit beautiful sweaters and blankets for those she cared for.
Tracy is not someone we will ever forget. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
