Proud husband to Jennifer for 42 years. Dear father “Pops” to Ingrid (Richard), Andre, Julian, Gregory and Mose (Chantal). Loving grandfather to his 4 grandchildren. Brother to Joyce, Keith, Dorothy, Ervin, Enid, the late Jim and the late Carl.

Passed away peacefully at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on June 12th 2023 in her 90th year.
Jean was the loving wife of the late Johannas (Joe) Van Boxtel of Beaverton.
Loving mother of Maria (David) of Strathroy, Henry (Yvonne) of B.C., Joanna (Steve) of London, Anita (Leon) of Strathroy, Wilma (Gus) of Beaverton, Leona (Ray) of Belleville, Kevin of Beaverton and Jeannie of Cannington.
Survived by 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Sister to Mary Shields, Ricky Zealand, Peter Van Grinsven, Wilma Rose, Cory Van Grinsven.
Predeceased by John Van Grinsven, Tony Van Grinsven, Richard Van Grinsven, and Joanne Megens.
Visitation will be held at the Mangan Funeral Home Beaverton, on Thursday June 15th from 6-8 P.M. and on Friday June 16th from 10:30-11:15A.M. followed by funeral mass at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at 11:30A.M. Burial to follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery Beaverton.

It is with profound sadness that the Nesbitt family announce the passing of Robert (Bob, Rob) Nesbitt at the age of 81 years young.
He passed on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 surrounded by family.
Much loved husband and best friend of Marg (his Mother Nature) of 40 years.
Proud father of Paula (Martin), Kevin, Scott (Becky), Sheramie (Bill, predeased), Duayne, Callan (Stevie), Byron (Angie) and Joanne (Chris). Loving brother to Karen (Max, predeceased).
Dear brother-in-law to Meribeth (Steve). Extra proud grandpa/ papa and great grandpa and loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Bob was predeceased by his parents (Nes and Phyllis) and beloved family dog Shadow.
Bob was born May 13, 1942 in Peterborough.

72 of Whitby, Ontario peacefully passed away after battling pulmonary fibrosis and lung cancer on May 30th, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born to parents Bill (Walter) and Helen on February 19th, 1951, in Trieste, Italy.
As a young boy he eventually moved to England with his family where he lived most of his life.
There he met and married Jean the love of his life in 1975 who survives him today.
Richard is also survived by sons Christopher (Taya), Craig (Christine) and grandchildren Dylan and Sloane. Richard is also survived by his brother Peter (Christine), Jean’s sisters (Sally (Nick), Theresa (Geoff), Lorna (Steve), Bernadette (Bob) and her brother Simon). As well as her mother Pam and a host of nephews and nieces, friends, neighbours and colleagues.
The family wishes to thank all those who offered help and went the extra mile to make this difficult journey smoother: Margaret and Derek Harper, John and Domenica Cioffi, Ben and Shelley Durda, Ginny and Dougie Moore and Janet McEvoy as well as the families in the UK and Ireland.
To celebrate the life of Richard, family and friends are invited to attend a visitation and funeral service at Mount Lawn Funeral Home (21 Garrard Rd. Whitby, ON). Visitation hours are Thursday, June 8th, 2023, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held Friday, June 9th at 11 a.m. Followed by a burial service at St. John’s Anglican Cemetery, Edgerton Road, Blackstock, Ontario. Patrons are encouraged to wear blue and white clothing in honour of Richard’s love for hockey and the Leafs.

Jean and family would also like to thank home health care, palliative team, Paramed, personal support workers and the many excellent doctors and nurses involved with Richard’s care during his journey.

The world lost a wonderful person on Monday, May 30, 2023, and we will never be the same without Regina in our lives.
Passed away surrounded by the love of her family at the age of 87.
Loving wife of Willy for 55 years, cherished Mum of Deidre Sword and her husband Nick of Brooklin, and Andrea Montgomery and her husband Grant of Brighton.
Much loved and loving Gran of Holly, Madeline, Sydney and Emma. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters.
We can only hope to keep her memory alive and would love the help of friends and family in doing this.
