Bev was most honoured to have been married to the love of his life, Bernice Kerr, for over 75 years. He was the proud father of Keith Kerr (Carol), Rick Kerr (Jeanette), John Kerr (Jean Ann), Jim Kerr (Carol), Sharon Dupuis (Jeff), and Dan Kerr (Sandi). He was cherished by his grandchildren Krista Hawthorn (Rob), Brandon Kerr (Holly), Lindsay McArthur (Shawn), Cayley Stanko (John), Tiffany Kerr, Kersten Dupuis-Waud (Garrett), Scott and Keith Fletcher, and his 9 great-grandchildren. Survived by his brother, Ork Kerr of Collingwood.
Predeceased by his wife Bernice, his son and daughter-in-law Keith and Carol Kerr, his granddaughter Tiffany Kerr, and by his sister Bonnie Koebel.

Josie Butler, of Owen Sound, passed peacefully at Chapman House, after a brief illness, on Monday, June 10, 2024, surrounded by her family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank (2010).

She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Anthony, Nicholas, Michelle (Brandon), Jessica (John), Matthew (Kris), Emily (Sam), Kate (Mathew), Shea, Kirk and Kara, as well as by her great grandchildren Alice, Charlotte, Carmela and Nora. Josie was born in Rome, Italy and came to Canada with her family in 1955. Work took her to Elliot Lake, where she met Frank in 1958 and married in 1960. Frank’s work took them to several cities in the early years of their marriage, first settling in Owen Sound in 1967. There were a few work transfers, but they returned for good in 1993. Josie was active in the community and with her church for many years while raising her busy family. Josie always enjoyed having her family visit or travelling to visit them. She enjoyed playing cards each week and avidly followed the Blue Jays and tennis. Mom always made our house a home. Her patience, kindness and caring extended beyond her family to all; she will be greatly missed.

On June 10, 2024, at the age of 54, Justin Moore was reunited in heaven with his mother, Lowri.
Over his life, Justin took great pleasure in connecting with people in both his work and personal life.
He was a respected businessman who took pride in mentoring colleagues and sharing his wisdom.
He was an innovative thinker and is leaving behind a history of hard work, loyalty and full throttle enthusiasm and drive.
He built a clear legacy of love that embraced and nurtured his dear children, Jordyn (Sarah) and Bradyn (Julia), as well as his beloved grandchildren, Elliott, Harvey, Grace, and Lewis. He was deeply cherished and his absence is strongly felt by his father, John, brother, Steve (Jackie), sister, Kayley (Rick), and nephews Jacob and David, and niece, Jennifer.
His loving partner, Tracy, and her son, Cole, are also mourning his passing, alongside his extended family in Wales and England and many friends. Our family would like to extend sincere appreciation to those who have reached out with kind words and support.

With his wife by his side, John left the suffering of this life on Saturday June 8, 2024 at Oak Ridges Hospice, Port Perry.
John faced his disease (idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis) with eternal optimism, courage and determination. He ensured he got the most out of life to his very last breath.
Born on May 27, 1948 to Elsie Rumerfield (nee Jones) he was the youngest of three boys (Albert, predeceased, and David). He was a common sight in Couchiching Beach Park where for many years he supervised summer staff.
John leaves behind his soulmate and best friend, his wife of 26 years, Michelle Brotherton. He was the proud father of Donna (Bradley) Cole and grandfather to Jayden Cole.
John will be deeply missed by his 5 fur babies and by his “granny” Christel Belwan. John got the travel bug when he was gifted with a birthday trip from Toronto to Ottawa for his 50th birthday. Michelle and John never looked back, taking numerous vacations to the Caribbean, Europe, Israel and Jordan, and across Canada and the US. John was a man of integrity who said it like it was, was authentic, and had a deep compassion for the vulnerable.
A celebration of John’s life will take place on Saturday June 22, 2024 at 1 p.m. at St. Paul’s United Church, Bowmanville (178 Church St. Bowmanville). There will be visitation for 2 hours preceding the service from 11-1. Interment will take place following the service at Bethesda Cemetery, with a reception to follow.

She loved God with all her heart and was a faithful Soldier.
She is now free of pain and singing with the Angels. Sadly missed by her husband Herbert of 63 years , daughters Debra, Brenda, Marilyn….. Grandchildren Michael, Angela, Dawson, Vanessa, Landon and Owen….
