It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband and father, Kevin, on Sunday May 21, 2023 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, after a brave fight and just 21 days after his 63rd birthday.

Much loved husband and best friend of Laurie (Yuill), cherished father of Meghan Megaw (Shawn), Kyle and Adam.

Many nieces and nephews will always remember Uncle Kevin with the sense of humour and liked to tease.

Predeceased by his father Vin (2017) and survived by his mother Jean and sister Karen (Andre). Kevin worked as an electrician for over 40 years and during that time helped many young apprentices get a foothold in the trade.

For KK

The world doesn't stop turning

Just because you're not in it.

The sun still rises,

The birds still sing.

If broken hearts could stop the world from turning,

this would be the one.

Love for you did not die with you,

You are in every heartbeat and every breath.

You are the blood in our veins and the air that we breathe.

You are the stars in the night sky,

The wind on our face and in our hair.

You live because we live.

Today, tomorrow and always,

We will be loving you.
