Our beloved Ann Masiline Davis was born on May 4, 1960, in Bellevue, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

She was the first child to her mother, Norma Duncan, and her father Adolphus Browne.

She transitioned peacefully into heaven on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 10:34 A.M.

Ann lived a fulfilling life as a sister, cousin, and friend. She was a woman of tremendous strength, resilience, and faith. She was dedicated to the work of the Lord and wholeheartedly embraced the hope of everlasting life.

Her hobbies and interests included spending time with family and friends shopping, baking, and traveling. Ann will be greatly missed for her smile, a great sense of humor and her ability to compassionately care for others.

While we are deeply saddened that she has left us, we rejoice in the fact that she is at peace. Life’s ups and downs had presented her with so much uneasiness in the last four months that we know she deserves this rest.

Ann has fought the good fight, she has finished the race, she has kept the faith. Now there is in store for her the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to her on that day; not only to her, but also to all who have longed for his appearing. (2Timothy 4:7-8).

1933-2023

With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to our sweet, compassionate, loving, and sometimes feisty wife, mom, grandma and friend on July 14, 2023.

Grandma (Ally) was born on April 27th, 1933, in Lachine, Quebec to parents John and Eva.

At 20 years old she met her husband and the love of her life, Drew.

Grandma and Grandpa grew up in Scarborough and started their family with two daughters, Cheryl and Karen, and then were thrilled to welcome two son–in–laws into the family, Todd and Chris.

Ally was very close with her extended family and adored her nieces and nephews.

Ally and Drew often spoke about their proudest and greatest memories in life, when their family grew bigger and they became Grandparents to Whitney (Jamie), Sydney (Scott), Bradley and Shawna (Graeme).

We are all thankful for the lessons and fond memories she left with us. One of the biggest lessons she taught us was to never go to bed angry or upset.

Grandma rarely left Grandpa’s side. They spent a lot of their time visiting family, traveling the world, and being snowbirds in Florida.

But between all their travels they never missed a birthday, event, or game. Whether it was her holiday stuffing, spaghetti sauce, or shepherd’s pie she always made sure her family was well-fed.

We will miss Grandma dearly, she will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We will continue to live out her wish for us to always be kind and love one another.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.

SEPTEMBER 23, 1933 – JULY 10, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge the passing of the family matriarch, Audrey Lorraine Hepburn (nee Goyne).

Audrey, wife of the late Myril Hepburn and youngest daughter of Flossie and Earl Goyne, predeceased by her siblings Olga, Fern, Earl (Bus), Earline, and Velma.

She will be missed by her loving nieces and nephews and her beloved bridge ladies, beach babes, baseball bunnies, snowmobile crew, and all those who worked so diligently to keep her chic, stylish, manicured and the picture of perfection.

Those who knew her the best will have to agree that there was never a hair out of place nor a time that she was not dressed to the nines. Audrey's career with the City of Oshawa in her role as the Mayor's secretary stayed with her long after retirement.

Routine, precision, dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s, nothing got past her. Audrey was a bright light in a lot of people’s lives and we are so thankful that we were a small part of hers.

Visitation for Audrey will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West on Monday, July 17 from 11:30 a.m. until time of service in the chapel at 1:30 p.m., followed by internment at the Thornton Cemetery.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.

Passed June 30, 2023 from a long courageous battle with COPD at his home in Ashburn at the age of 86, beloved husband of the late Shirley Needham.

Loving father to Linda (Peter), and Sue (Dave), and the late Paul Needham, grandfather to Alex, Mike, Nikki and Jack, great grandfather to Ava, Emily and Freddie, and loving master to Sam (his shitzu).

It was his wish not to have a service.

Art had a long career as a plumber with Local 46.

He was a hard working man who loved the great outdoors.

He loved to hunt and fish. He outlived all his siblings and friends.

He was an avid gardener and loved moving stone and dirt with his tractor, Sammy always strapped in to a basket attached to the tractor.

The last 2 years were difficult ones as he could no longer drive the tractor and do his gardening.

One thing about Art was his vast expanse of knowledge and great advice.

There was nothing he couldn't fix and not a problem he couldn't solve.

He will be dearly missed but is now at peace with his dear Shirley.

See you on the other side Daddio.
