Sharon Marion was born in Ajax to George Wilkes and Margarita Battleday on November 29, 1948.
She married Edward Dawe on August 26, 1972 in Oshawa.
Sharon Marion is survived by Shelley Wright, John Wright, Craig Dawe, Sarah Dawe, Jeffrey Dawe, Heather Dawe, William Wright, Sienna Dawe, and Aubrey Dawe.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Anne Harrison on Tuesday September 19, 2023 at the age of 83 years.
Shirley is survived by her loving husband Ross of 65 years.
She will be sadly missed by her 5 daughters: Cindy (Jack), Tracy (George), Kelly (Stuart), Bobbi (Harry), and Jodi (Greg). Cherished grandma of Lauren, Stephanie, Jake, Carley, Mitchell (Nikki), A.J., Lynzey, Mathew (Lauren), Bryce (Shayna), Chad, Blake and great grandma of Maddie, Jackson, Bennett, Jameson, and Shelby.
Shirley was born April 12, 1940 in Toronto to Gordon and Edith Gray. She was the eldest of four children and is survived by her brother Jim (Anne) and sister Peggy (Paul deceased).
Predeceased by brother Gordon (Joan deceased).
In 1958 she married the love of her life, Ross Harrison, and they lived happily together for 65 years. Shirley always loved attending family celebrations and activities surrounding her children and grandchildren. She was an avid sports fan of her Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Cleveland Browns.
A Celebration Gathering will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023, from 4:00pm- 8:00 pm at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax, Ontario.
This will be an informal celebration that will give all that knew and loved her a chance to gather and share stories and memories with her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Shirley would be appreciated.

Stan was an avid fisherman who enjoyed spending time fishing with his family and making his own bait.
He was a wonderful cook and woodworker, skills which he passed on to his family.

It is with great sadness and with very heavy hearts our family announces the peaceful passing into God’s care of Sandra Gayle Sweet, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Friday, September 15th, 2023 at the age of 76.
Sandra is survived by her loving sisters Norma Sweet, Beverly and her husband Gordon Gierman, and her sister-in-law Gail Sweet.
Cherished and loving Aunt of Wendy Sweet, Laura-Lynn and her husband Kevin Stephens, Brenda and her husband Kevin Eccles. Very proud, loving and adoring Great Aunt of Riley Stephens, Quinn Hasenhindl, Brody Stephens, Cameron Eccles and Caleb Eccles.
She is predeceased by her loving parents, Thomas Lloyd and Marguerite Sweet, her beloved late brother Lawrence Sweet, her cherished and beloved late nephews Gregory Sweet and Scott Sweet, and many other late family members and friends, including her beloved late fur baby Velvet.
Sandra was born in Oshawa, ON. As an infant, she lived in Courtice, ON, in the home known within the community history as “the house that Jack built” at Townline.
Their family moved to Oshawa in 1949 to the Centre Street house where Sandra spent most of her years growing up. There were a lot of great times shared with Sandra and her many family members and friends over those 55 years in that house.
After the passing of her father, they moved to another home within Oshawa, where she enjoyed it be filled with family celebrations, love, happiness and laughter with her family for many years and where she last resided with her sister, Norma.
She had a successful career working in retail, and was an incredibly loving and kind caregiver. With a strong commitment to her religious faith, following the words of the bible, God, her saviour. She attended Trinity Pentecostal Church in Oshawa for several years.
She especially loved and adored all of her nieces and nephews with her greatest love being for all of her great nephews who she was so incredibly proud of and loved beyond measure.
A special thank you to nurses Tayna and Amy at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, emergency critical care-Unit 4, that cared for Sandra in her final days and our family.

Stanley passed away peacefully on September 14, 2023 in The Oak Ridges Hospice after a short illness.
Born on February 04, 1932 in Cobourg Ontario to parents, Elsie and Fred Edgell.
Stanley was predeceased by his cherished wife Doreen Agnes Edgell (Barclay), and their son, David Kennith Edgell.
Stanley’s memory continues to live on in his son Kevin Douglas Edgell and Kevin’s wife Deborah, and his Daughter-in-law Rita Edgell.
Stanley is the proud Grampa to twin grandsons Derek and Kyle Edgell and grandaughters Justyne and Bronwyn Edgell.
Stanley was a skilled artist, sharing oil paintings, sketches and special occasion cards and envelopes with those he loved. He was an active volunteer with the TedReeve Hockey Association in Toronto, coaching and refereeing while sitting on the Board of Directors for nearly 60 years.
Stan will be greatly missed by dear friends and family.
A small family interment gathering is planned for Groveside Cemetery in Brooklin with a Celebration of Life to follow later in the fall at the Barnes Memorial Funeral Chapel in Brooklin.

Sandra Campbell (“the Duchess”) passed away suddenly on September 11, 2023 at the age of 82.
She was the loving daughter to Paul Sr. and Evelyn Higgins. Sandra liked to remind people that she was her “father’s eldest daughter,” and she is survived by her wonderful siblings Paddy Ann (Mark McCarty), Shelagh (David Wilson), Paul Jr (Ursula Glackin), and Michael (Bruce McCartney).
Sandra is predeceased by her husbands David McKenna , Don Campbell, and Hank Mathews.
Sandra had three daughters that she loved dearly. She will be greatly missed by Colleen (Bill Pocock), Shelagh (Max Gundy), and Emily (Scott Gamble); by grandchildren Ali (Nick), Evelyn, Maddie (Liam), Cam, Charlie, Jocelyn, Jaiden, and Mike; and by great grandchildren Rosie, and Jack.
Sandra’s reception at The Pearly Gates will be standing-room-only due to her popularity (she really was loved by all), and we apologize on her behalf for any unusual weather activity from the festivities that ensue.
For all of her dear family and friends, a visitation will be at the Mangan Funeral Home in Beaverton, Ontario on Sunday September 17, 2023, from 3-5 p.m. Sandra's celebration of life will be held following her visitation at Cedarhurst Golf Club 825 Thorah Concession Rd 4 Beaverton, from 3-7 p.m.
