Beloved wife of Walter for 45 years.

Loving mother of Darren and Michelle.

Loved Nanna of Kayla, Brittany, Justin, Savannah, Sierrah and Darren Jr. Dear sister of Rhoda, Carolyn, Nina, Cynthia, Patricia, Betty, Madeline, Harold, Brian, and the late Anne and Robert.

She will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday August 9, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 1:30 p.m.

Remembered by his brothers late Tadeus "Ted" (Stella), Joseph (late Dale), John (Stephanie), and the late Chester. Brother-in-law of Teresa Jeronimo (Joe).

Will be missed by his family and friends. Stan worked for General Motors Canada for 30 years in Engineering. He will be remembered as a wonderful, kind, devoted, husband, father, grandfather and friend.

Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME 847 King Street West on Wednesday August 9th, 2023 from 2 pm - 4 pm and 6 pm - 8 pm. Prayers to be held. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (1100 Ravenscroft Rd, Ajax) at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Whitby.

Sandra (nee Peacock) beloved wife of the late Gary Wilce of Port Perry.

Step sister to Ken Whalley and his wife Lynn, and Cathy and her husband Randy Ryall, and the late Karen McLeod. Will be missed by her nieces and nephews.

A graveside service in celebration of Sandra’s life will be held at the MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY in Whitby at a later date.

With profound sadness we announce the passing of our dear Brother, Uncle, Great Uncle and friend Siebe Luchies of Bowmanville. Siebe was born in Zwartemeer, Drente, Holland.

He was the beloved son of the late Jan Luchies and Margaretha DeWolde.

Loving husband of the late Carol Tremeer (2016).

Siebe is remembered by his friend Althea Bowler with who he enjoyed singing and dancing at various venues throughout the Kawartha and Durham regions.

Carol and Siebe were married on May 26, 1962, and began their life together.

After being in Lindsay and working at the Lindsay Antenna, they then moved to Bowmanville where Siebe worked at Pedlars factory and then at Bowmanville schools until his retirement.

He leaves his siblings to mourn his loss - John and Alice of Victoria, B.C., Bill and Betty of Grimsby, Ep and Marion of Lindsay, George and Anna Marie of Brooks, Alberta, Hank and Margaret Bossema of Lindsay, Murray and Debbie of Thunder Bay, Mina and Jan Koops of Lindsay, Mike and Jackie of Grafton, Andy, Rick, Harry and Doris all of Lindsay, Cathy and Steve Boyd of Burnt River.

Predeceased by 3 brothers and one sister, Cecil (1958), Hennie and Micheal O’Brien, John Luchies, Cecil and Carol Luchies. He is also missed by the Tremor/Hawkins families, Lois and Peter Mattucci, Doris and Harry Luchies, Gary Hawkins, Kay and Aubrey Hanshaw, Gloria and Paul Clark and Diane Marshall.

Interment is at Riverside Cemetery Lindsay on Thursday August 3rd @ one o’clock in the afternoon.

Beloved grandmother of Jillian Twomey, (Matt Walton), Reilly Twomey, Hillary Durst, (Bradley Dean), Kyle Durst, Kaitlin Bahlmann, (Marco Cirone), Laura Bahlmann, (Eric Beauregard), Andrew Bahlmann and Great-Grandmother to Zachary and Zoey Walton.

Shirley will be missed by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews in Ontario, California and Georgia. Shirley lived a long and happy life filled with family, work, (she was a stenographer at Coupco Ltd for 27 years,) and her beloved cottage on Percy Lake.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Taunton Mills LTC for their excellent care, to Josephine Refuerzo, Mom's PSW and Nelfa Duyo who lovingly cared for her.

A private family service will be held at Pine Ridge Memorial Gardens, Ajax.

We are saddened to announce the death of our mother, Sylvia Crawford Schultz, on July 15, 2023.

Sylvia was born in Toronto on June 26, 1938, and recently turned 85 years old.

She will be missed by her husband of 62 years, John; her sister, Margaret; her five children Catherine (Ron), Loy, Robyn, Jaime, and Jonathan (known as John in adulthood); her grandchildren – Loy, Evan, Stefan, Gracyn, Charlie (Vickie), Nicole, Jacob, Emily, and Jonathan; and her great-grandchildren - Noah, Austin, and Rylee.

Sylvia was a proud graduate of The Bishop Strachan School in Toronto (she was pleased that one of her granddaughters recently graduated from BSS), after which she moved to Montreal, to study nursing at the Royal Victoria Hospital.

Sylvia was an accomplished woman with many successful professions, starting her career as a registered nurse at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.

She volunteered at Lakeridge Hospital and served on its volunteer board for many years, was a long-time member of the Whitby Yacht Club (where she also loved being part of the Knife & Fork Club), and was a founding member of Whitby Arts and the Station Gallery.

Loving wife of the late Michal John Sander for 60 years.

Survived by her loving son John Sander along with many nieces and nephews and their families.

Predeceased by her siblings Olga, Antony, Andrew, Mary (Mitch), Anna (Frank).

Sophia was born in Brest Poland and exiled in 1939 at the onset of WWII.

As a refugee she travelled for 6 years through Siberia, India, South Africa and England before settling in Canada.

Sophia was a committed member of the Polish Ladies Auxiliary for over 40 years.

She loved gardening, travelling and spending time at the cottage on Crowe Lake, Marmora.

Please join with the family for visitation at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Sunday July 16th from 6pm to 8pm. Parish Prayers will be held at 7pm in the chapel.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Hedwig’s Polish Catholic Church on Monday July 17th at 11am. Followed by Interment at Thornton Cemetery.
