Passed away, after a lengthy illness, on Monday, December 26, 2022 at Oak Ridges Hospice, just shy of her 67th birthday.
Beloved sister of Frank (Sandra) and Teresa.
Cherished aunt of Andrea, Jason (Catrina), Colleen (John), Greg, and Kristen (Tom) and great-aunt of Briana, Finley, Auston, Odin, Cooper, and Maci.
Predeceased by her parents Piotr and Elizabeth Was.

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Lori Roblin, age 54, at her home in Brooklin with her family by her side on Monday December 26, 2022.
Loved and loving wife of Brad Bain. Cherished mother of Tayvia Wallen, and stepmother to Hayden Bain and Adam Bain. Former partner to Rohan Wallen (Alicia) of Costa Rica.
Dear daughter of Millie Fredrickson (late Bob Storey) of Brooklin and Earl Roblin (Shirley) of Thunder Bay. Loving sister to Jason Roblin of Terrace Bay.
Lori is also fondly remembered by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews and their families.
Lori dedicated her life to helping others, enjoying successful careers in youth justice and child welfare.
Most recently she taught within the Child and Youth Care program at Durham College and took enormous pride in the accomplishments of her students.
The family also extends its appreciation to the involved medical professionals at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Durham Regional Cancer Centre, Care Partners and Paramed. Your collective compassion and kindness eased her journey and is greatly appreciated.

It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of Larry on December 16th, 2022 after a long struggle with Parkinson’s.
He is survived by his wife Jane of 52 years, son Tom (Heather) and daughter Julie (Hugh).
Papa to Harrison and Hudson. Larry was a dedicated, caring, proud and selfless husband, father and friend.
He inspired others and was widely recognized for his hard work, diverse talents, send of humour, strength and determination no matter the challenge.
He lived a life full of experiences and travels that took him across Canada and abroad.
He was a calm and steady hand and always there to support others in good and difficult times without hesitation often with wise words of caution from a lifetime of experiences that were appreciated and will never be forgotten.
Larry dedicated 50 years to HVAC ending with retirement from Nailor Industries in 2010.
As per Larry’s request, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will occur at a later date.
Donations to Parkinson Canada in memory of Larry would be appreciated.

On December 11, 2022, our sweet boy Leo Cohen James Galliah-Thomas passed away in his mothers arms listening to her sing his favourite lullaby.
Leo was born into a family of love. He was our greatest gift.
He made everyday better and everything brighter.
He had the most beautiful smile and the most contagious laugh.
He was funny, charming and so clever.
He loved music, dancing, story time, rides on the atv but most of all he loved his Mom and Dad.
Leo leaves behind his mother Raeven and his father Devonte, his aunts and uncles Ethan (Evhan), Brittan (Kevin), Charuk (James), Daneille and his uncle and best buddy Cohen as well as his new baby cousin Noah.
He brought joy to so many cousins, aunts and uncles who will miss him forever. He was the perfect grandson.
He was always ready for an adventure with his Nana and Pops (Nadine and Cody) his Gigi and Gramps (Nico and Lorne) and is forever missed by Grandma and Grandpa (Angie and Delroy), Grandma and Grandpa (Trudy and Anderson) and Grandpa (Garry).
Visitation will be at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King St. W. Oshawa (905-721-1234) on Tuesday December 20 from 10 am until time of the service in the Chapel at 11 am.
Our world will never be the same without Leo.
