1952-2021 The family of Elroy Ian Mounsey sadly announces his passing on Monday November 22, 2021.
Elroy is survived by his spouse, children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters along with several nieces and nephews.
Elroy was a respected public servant for over 45 years working first as a police officer in his native land of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and then in various roles in Security and Logistics once migrating to Canada.
He was an avid reader and writer and he enjoyed socializing with friends and family and being involved in his church community.
He will be remembered for his kind spirit and his willingness to help a friend in need.
The family will receive guests at the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, on Wednesday December 1, 2021 from 4:00-8:00 PM Registration required for time slots. The Funeral Service will be held at the Agape Temple-Seventh Day Adventist (1999 Fairport Rd, Pickering, ON L1V 4M2 ) on Thursday December 2, 2021 at 11:00 AM followed by the burial in Pickering, Ontario.

Dear sister of Steve Rigo (Marion).
Loved by her grandchildren Andrée-Anne and Evan.

Elizabeth was very generous with her time as a member and volunteer; CWL (Past President Holy Cross), U.C.W.L. (St. George's Ukrainian Church), Daughters of Isabella (St. Bernadette’s, Charter member of Anthony of Padua, Past Regent), Oshawa Folk Arts Council, Multicultural Council (Durham Region), Board Member Catholic Family Services, Knight of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, Oshawa Hospital 25 years, Serra Club of Durham and St. Vincent’s Kitchen.
Elizabeth loved her faith, family and community. She was an avid reader, especially of current events and history. A wonderful writer and Public Speaker. Her love, prayerful spirit, laughter and smile will be greatly missed. She was always there to listen, guide and help those in need.

After a courageous 21-year battle with cancer, she unfortunately succumbed to kidney failure.
Predeceased by her husband Lloyd (December 24th, 2017).

A loyal fan to all the cities sports teams especially The Blue Jays.
Fran had a long career of 42 years at the Toronto Star and enjoyed meeting up with her friends at the annual QCC dinner.
She loved to travel and took numerous trips with friends and family. Her kindness and warm smile will never be forgotten.
Cremation has taken place, with private interment at the Thornton Cemetery, Oshawa.
