On Monday March 13th, 2017 passed away peacefully at Hilltop Retirement Home in Richmond Hill, at the age of 86.Norm was the loving husband of 65 years to Jeanette and dear father to Kathy Black, Karen Francis (Mike), and Steve Majoran (Beth) and he was predeceased by his son in law Dan Black and daughter in law Joni Majoran.Beloved Grandpa to Ray, Andrew, Elise, Lauren, Matthew, Danielle, JD, and Ryan and dear Great Grandpa to Adalai and Hunter.The funeral will be a private family service.Prayers welcome.Norm will be sadly missed by his many relatives, friends, and his beloved grand-dogs.He served on the Toronto Police Service with pride for 28.5 years.
